"I’ve been to India a couple times and have to say, this is one of the best authentically Indian restaurants in the city I’ve been to. The place is small and simply decorated but it’s all about the food and friendly service here and that’s where it really shines. Some of the dishes they have you wouldn’t find at most other Indian restaurants. The chicken PB 35 was a new one for me but such a beautiful marriage of flavors. And for other more typical dishes like saag paneer they give it their own spin preparing in that case a wonderful, almost rustic home style version that’s both familiar and new. My only small complaint was that the fish curry was a tad on the salty side, but the flavors were still very much on point. I’ll be back!One final note They don’t serve alcohol but a sign on the door says they allow BYOB if you care to bring your own. Another plus in my book!"

"From the moment I walked in the place smelled amazing. Not only the smell of baked goods was in the air but the coffee too. I could hear the staff take care of some regulars and strangers and you could tell they were genuinely taking care of them and they were also efficiently communicating to get everyone in and out. My almond milk iced coffee was incredible and my egg sandwich was fresh, crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Love it. "I remember when they first opened and sold rice balls. But then they stopped. So glad they brought them back. I’ve tried other places but I think Ssips has the best rice balls. I’ve recommended their rice balls to everyone I know. Also, my son loves the bubble tea drinks from this place. He’s tried every single one and loves them all though he has his favorites. Their teriyaki chicken is also so tasty, so delicious!"

"This is a fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend. I started coming here a few months ago and have been consistently impressed with the delicious food and freshly made sandwiches. The quality of the imported meats is top-notch. The coffee is also excellent, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The family-owned business can get busy at times, but the owners are lovely and the wait is worth it. In addition to the food, they also have a wide selection of pastas, oils, cheeses, and cookies available for purchase. I will definitely be stopping in on the weekend to buy more items. Overall, I give this restaurant a 10/10 recommendation."

"I have used mimi and coco many times since they have opened their location ! I leave nearby and was hoping for a really great go to spot and I got one! .. We have used them to cater multiple events , the sandwiches are outrages and the hot dishes are always cooked to perfection. Even when we pop in and out for a simple quick bite or a cup of coffee, we have never been disappointed. This place is exactly what the neighborhood needed!"
