"I only give 3 stars because the food is delicious, affordable, and the portion is generous. But I do have an issue that is constant. I was there three times and ordered the same thing (chicken and shrimp bento box) all three times I received steak and chicken instead. Today, not only did I get the wrong protein combo but it wasn’t even put in as a bento box. I was not upset because I wanted sushi anyways so I ordered it on the side. I asked three times to make sure there was wasabi and soy sauce with my order. I was assured that they were in my bag. When I got home I realized the same meat combination mistake and to my major disappointment, there were no wasabi and soy sauce to go with my sushi roll. These condiments should be automatic. Who can have sushi without them? I couldn’t even enjoy the sushi as I would like. You all really need to have a better process. I have not gotten an order right yet…."
