"I work in the area at a financial firm, so I've been here many times over the years, since I work in close proximity and I will say that this particular location has lost their quality/ standard. I've gone here a few times, since returning to the office and each time within the last few months, the customer service wasn't good at all. Also, the care and time that was put into building a salad is no longer there. The staff all seem to be in a rush (even without a line), very inattentive/ dismissive, also my salad today was DRENCHED with salad dressing by the young lady with the gold/ black extensions who didn't even ask just how much dressing I wanted (they have in the past), not to mention she spent her time cackling with her fellow co worker (over the open metal bowl might I add), and the staff just all seem unprofessional, as if the customers were getting the salad for free! The person before the mixer barely added the toppings and when I asked for the pickled onions, he simply said that they didn't have any (noting that their prepping it downstairs). I had to ask if he could go see if they were done prepping and that I didn't mind waiting and he visibly became annoyed I'd think they would continuously replenish as things ran low. I'd like to add that it was after 3pm, so there wasn't a line whatsoever. This location used to be ran like a well oiled machine and now it's horrible my experience and review today is based off of multiple days of substandard service. I even purchased one of the signature dressings because I actually DO love the salad chain, but it has become intolerable! I'll take my business to Just Salad at this point. Hire new staff or use these reviews as a means of coaching on professionalism and service, because it's currently deplorable!"
