"My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for dinner tonight and everything was going well until we received our food. I had eaten about half of my meal when I discovered two pieces of hair in it. I informed our waiter about it and showed him where I found the hair, although I had already removed them because I didn't want to see it in my food. When I showed the hair to my boyfriend, it appeared as though the waiter thought I was lying. He offered to get me a new dish, but then avoided our table as much as possible. When we finally flagged him down, I asked for my food to be wrapped up so we could leave. The waiter loudly exclaimed, "They want their food to go now, they want to leave," which was true. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye steak, but when he took a bite, it was so tough that it could have chipped his tooth, leaving him unhappy with the steak and my situation. When the waiter brought the check and packed food, he practically threw them at us. Overall, it was not a good experience. I felt sick thinking about the hair in my food, and my boyfriend's tooth was still hurting from the steak. We wished the waiter had been more sympathetic, but it was evident that he didn't care about a customer finding hair in their meal. Despite this, we were still required to pay for my food, which I believe was unfair. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we probably won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon."

"A group of us went for dinner on our friend's birthday and our food never made it to us. We ordered at about 7:30 pm and left at 9 pm because they “weren't sure” when our food would be ready. Very very busy that night, but the communication to our table about the status of our food was severely lacking. If our server had offered us more drinks and checked in with us more often, we probably would have stayed. We understand that staffing can be an issue, so all we ask is for communication. "I had made reservations for an anniversary dinner for my wife and I. When we arrived, the hostess said she couldn’t find the reservation but said she could still find a table for us. We were seated pretty quickly, although it was not an intimate or quieter area. I then checked my phone to ensure I had the correct time and date for my anniversary reservation. I found it and showed the hostess who then found it on the computer. The waitress served us water and took our drink order. Apparently all of their fountain beverages were coming out flat that evening so we settled for tea and lemonade. We noticed after having drank some of the water served to us that the glass pitcher was dirty at the spout with some stuck on food. Not a major issue but still questionable. The wait for our food did not take long and the food was decent. Nothing to write home about but still not bad for the price. Our waitress was very nice but seemed distracted after taking our food order. We only saw her a couple times after that. The manager (at least that’s who he seemed like) seemed very attentive and was also very nice. The music was a bit too loud for a dinner type environment. Wasn’t a bad experience with all things considered but seems to be more of a social gathering environment than date environment."

"We were greeted and seatly quickly, but we were taken to the back room and placed in the corner(not busy at all and plenty of seating) in a booth with chairs on one side. Booth was too low and smelled as if cleaned with a bar towel from the night before. OK try and deal with it. Ordered our food and appetizer(which I pointed to on the menu) we 'll have the shrimp cocktail . By the time our drinks arrived we decided to ask to move to another table because it was too uncomfortable. Our food arrived and I asked where 's our shrimp cocktail? (You know appetizers are supposed to come before your meal) and was told it would be a few more minutes because something wasn 't thawed out yet. Our shrimp cocktail finally arrived and it was shrimp with dipping sauce, not the so called Mexican style in the menu that I pointed to when ordering. We decided just to keep it instead of making a scene. After we were done we ask for a box, which would indicate we were FINISHED, it took longer than normal to bring the box. So waiting get the check and waiting, the waiter shows up with fake samples of dessert, which we declined, another indication we were done and continued to wait for the bill. I saw a pasing waitress and told her we would like our bill and without saying a word she looks around and just points to the waiter who just walked in room to attend to his larger group. I walk up to the front desk and tell them I 'm tired of waiting for my bill, they said they would do something about it but I never saw them try and locate our waiter, by this time I finally told him we 'd like the bill and we had waited way to long for it, his response, did you ask for it? . What kind of unprofessional response is that? I said when someone asked for a to go box it should say we are done especially if we also turned down dessert. We spent more time waiting to overpay than to order and eat our mediocre dinner. Judging by some other reviews wait staff seems to give more attention to their larger groups and I believe that. Never again"

"Stop reading. That's it, you found it. One of the best burgers in the area. I have a medium cooked burger. It came with cheese, salad, onion, etc. The rolls were thick, but super soft. It was just so delicious. The fries were salty, but crisp and really good. We ordered the Bisonburger and that was good. The chicken burger is a hit and miss. It is either too sharp or not at all or dry. In our situation it was unfortunately not sharp and dry. The service is pretty great. You hear asking for feedback and discount on non-perfect foods. They seemed child-friendly in the upper level. The bathrooms are very clean. There is a lower level that seems to be a bar."

"Fantastic customer service! I had ordered a door bag and mistakenly called the wrong location to request that they not include acidic sauce. They called me back to inform me that they hadn't received my order, and I realized I had contacted the incorrect location. Once I called the right place, they were just finishing up my burrito, but they offered me a new dish instead. I felt guilty about the mix-up, but I was so pleased with how willing they were to accommodate me despite my mistake."
