Great American Steakhouse

Hadn't been to this one yet, it's pretty nice. Has a fancy feel but still down to earth, like a wedding that allows jeans and boots. Steak was really good, so was the bread. They very conveniently have stands at each table to hang your jacket, hat or purse. Yall will like it.Parking: It's a little tight since it shares parking with other businesses. If you got a full size truck, think thin when parking.

Outstanding service, delicious steaks, and fantastic cocktails! Kimberly was a warm and attentive server, providing prompt assistance throughout our meal. The food is consistently excellent! On this visit, we tried the ribeye and T-bone, but our favorite is still the porterhouse—definitely the best in town! The beet salad, potato wedges, and macaroni are all great side dishes. We also absolutely love the espresso martini here!

We when during the lunch special and it was the worst burgers we have ever had. The bread was dry and hard, the bacon was to tick and made it hard to bite, and the patty was unseason and not medium how we ordered it. On the lunch special menu it states that you can mix and mach but when we ordered they told us we couldn't. Service was okay but kinda felt weird like they have never seen military personal before. Seated quickly when we arrived but took about 15 minutes to get assisted at our table. Ordered drinks and our waitress disappeared for another 15. Ordered appetizers and food, appetizers took 20 minutes and food took another 30. Lots of waiters/waitresses and they were too busy talking to each other rather than taking care of their customers. Will never come here again. To top it off I ordered my steak well done and it was still very red when I got. I didn't complain at all just simply paid and left.

Went for lunch. They offered 2 for $30 options. I ordered the bacon chz steak burger w steak fries. It was a large burger due to the giant bun which was too chewy and not soft. We did have good service from our waiter. The atmosphere is somewhat uppity. I felt like everybody was judged as they walked in. The room in general was loud w/loud drinking attention-needy patrons.Parking: My new car got its 1st dent n scratch in the parking lot when an oversized pretentious truck squeezed in next to me. I wish there was valet or a section for these larger trucks to back that sh*t up.

The beer was cold, and the TVs were nice, but the steak I was served would have anyone from New York laughing. They tried to pass off what I received as a sirloin (see the picture)! I'm hoping their other steaks are actually of better quality, but be warned—if you’re looking for a sirloin, this is not the place for you! I ended up paying $20 for a poorly sliced beef fajita and mashed potatoes. As for the taste of the steak, I can honestly say it was quite disappointing. Sat and Ordered at the bar. Martini was good as was the beer. The service was not so much. After finishing the first drink took a while to acknowledge whether we needed another drink. The banter from the staff back and fourth was condescending and I didn’t appreciate it. The nachos tasted as if the oil was old (rancid) and ribs were tough. We let the bartender know and shortly after saw a cook come out and talk to the bartender who motioned with his head in my direction. Said nothing and left. Wasn’t looking for anything in return just not to have anybody else experience that. That being said I would not recommend this location nor will I return.

What a disappointment.Let’s start with the positive. Right by the hotels, and with a robust menu I thought I’d eat here all week. The Mac and Cheese was pretty good (8.5/10) and the beans were too (7.5/10). The steak — likely, why you come — was passable. Cooked well but delivered lukewarm. I’ll give it 7/10 and but I could probably get better at Outback.Last and saddest point, I sat at the bar thinking that’s the easiest way to grab an easy drink and relax. The bartender seemed to be hard working but it doesn’t change the fact it took 5-10 minutes to get each drink … and that the Sam Summer came out as a Sam Adams. Just brutal on the service side.I guess I’ll find another spot the next few...

We were greeted and seatly quickly, but we were taken to the back room and placed in the corner(not busy at all and plenty of seating) in a booth with chairs on one side. Booth was too low and smelled as if cleaned with a bar towel from the night before. OK try and deal with it. Ordered our food and appetizer(which I pointed to on the menu) we 'll have the shrimp cocktail . By the time our drinks arrived we decided to ask to move to another table because it was too uncomfortable. Our food arrived and I asked where 's our shrimp cocktail?
