"Ordered from here for the first time last night. Food was terrible. Clam strips dish was like buying a frozen dinner. There was no taste of clam, just heavy corn meal batter. The container was so loaded with basic fries I had to move them to a different dish. The salad had no tomatoes and the potato skins were just a baked potato cut in half with some sort of liquid cheese product on top. Disgusting! I threw most of it away and asked for a refund. Don't waste your time or your money on this place. YUK!"

"Location has a hard time at hearing. Not sure how they communicate to make sure that they have the customers order correct but it is done poorly. They should not have a fancy website that gives you options on how you like your food to be made just forthem to fail when you place an order over the phone. You even get lucky enough for them to tell the customer that they placedthe order incorrectly instead of holding themselves accountable for not double and triple checking their food before it getssent out for delivery. Food may be good, but getting the incorrect order truly kills an appetite. The photo taken was my orderthat was supposed to be a 5 pc mild crispy chicken tender. Like I mentioned before, food is still good so I did eat 2 of my,check this out, 4 chicken tenders. Again, miscommunication and lack of accountability for not paying attention to detail on whatyour customer wants is a true appetite killer"

"Sadly, the lack of staffing at this pizza shop, which no doubt is not because they haven't tried to find and keep workers, rather a result of our bloated economy and kids not wanting or needing to work. The sign outside indicated that they soldslices. The mouth watering aroma of their pizza drew me inside to order a slice. It took over 20 minutes to get it. Meantime,the owner was dealing with a line of people waiting to pick up their orders and a backlog of orders to fill. I'm afraid thatindependent family owned restaurants are going to be a thing of the past. The pizza was just OK though."

"pay attention great wolf guests! I took my two younger children on holiday to a big wolf hut! we had an incredible time, but our best meal by far was from mikes pizza place. the speed of service, price and quality of food is difficult to fit. it took 4 minutes to drive to bakes pizza and he even throws a free little cheese pizza for orders from $30 or more. I will order from here again before we go and I recommend to them and their family that they have this one piece. they will not be disappointed!"

"I had a very bad experience ordering delivery from Northgate One Round Table Pizza in the 94903 are of San Rafael. Apparently, I got a call center, and I had a bad connection and the girl who took the call had a very thick irritating accent that was hardto understand and really couldn't do her job. She said her name is Ize. The order was almost complete, and I asked to talk toa supervisor, so she cancelled the order. The supervisor was one of the worst employees I have ever talked to and couldn't getanything correct I told him. So, I hung up. He said his name is Aliae. He was the absolute worst. I recommend not callingfor delivery from them. It was a very, very bad experience."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the most disrespectful pizza place I ever have been too. I ordered 1 white pie and 1 cheese pie. I received 2 white pies. Nicely called back and explained the mistake, hoping like any normal restraunt they would understand and fix. They then continue to tell me that it is the same pizza, that there is no difference and they did nothing wrong. Repeatedly telling me that I am wrong and not reading the receipt correctly. I was very specific with the instructions when initially ordering. The receipt was not read incorrectly what so ever. I was calm in explaining the situation to them, until they feel the need to imply there customer is stupid. Then personally informing that I am the problem and they did nothing wrong. Then proceeded to put me on “hold” only to talk badly about me thinking I cannot hear. I spent $70 on this place and it was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received for a simple mistake easily fixable on there end. If you could avoid this restraint I would avoid at all costs.Edit to add again: Not to mention after writing this I also ordered mozzerella sticks. They sent me jalapeño poppers. With 1 French frie, inside an opened box and brown paper bag. This place is disgusting! I wish Google would let me post a Picture, for some reason it’s not cause this is truely ridiculous!"

"This restaurant has made significant improvements over the past 2-3 years. I suspect there are new owners, as they genuinely value customer feedback. I ordered my pizza and picked it up without any problems at 11:30 AM, and then received a follow-up call two hours later asking for suggestions on how to improve. I was a bit surprised, as I thought it might be spam, but it turns out it was a nice gesture. It's great to see that this is a family-run business, and I can definitely notice the positive changes they've implemented. The location is clean, the service is good, the salad bar is tidy, and the toppings are generous. The staff is friendly enough, and my order was ready exactly when promised. My only minor complaint is about the pricing, so I recommend signing up for the Rewards program and looking for coupons. Round Table's King Arthur pizza is the best! Just a note: if you have a complaint about not receiving your pizza on time during peak hours, I suggest picking it up yourself."

"The pizza prepared here is consistently excellent; that's why we keep coming back. Sadly, the service at this Round Table is consistently awful. On this evening, at least half of the tables were occupied by customers waiting for their take out orders. Only one table was available for us, and as is usually the case, it hadn't been cleaned it was greasy). Although we often have to return to the counter to inquire about the beer that hadn't been delivered to us, this time the beer arrived promptly; the pizza, however, was delayed ~25 minutes). Something is always unavailable forks, knives, etc. and this time it was pitchers for the beer we received our beer in two half pitchers because they were out of full pitchers). Tables were not cleared, let alone cleaned, when guests left. This restaurant cries for new management."

"I had a very frustrating experience at Round Table Pizza while trying to sign up for their rewards program. The manager's attitude was particularly disappointing; he seemed more interested in blaming customers and employees than addressing legitimate concerns about comping food when it was warranted. The person ahead of me had to deal with a lengthy order process because the staff insisted all her coupons were expired, without offering any insight into the rewards program or current specials. When I finally reached the register, I attempted to use a coupon for six free twists that I had just received in-store, only to learn it had expired because the online rewards coupon is valid for only five minutes. Given how the manager treated the previous customer, I was apprehensive about my own situation. I asked him if there was anything he could do since I had signed up for the rewards program while waiting in line, and it was clear the coupon had just expired. Instead of helping me, he dismissed my request and suggested I should have interrupted the other customer to present my coupon sooner. His focus was entirely on shifting blame rather than helping a regular customer. I have experience in retail, fast food, and customer service, and I believe their issues stem from poor management. Overall, this was a disappointing display of customer service."

"An epic fail for a super basic order. Just wanted an extra large double pepperoni. Didn’t realize 16” is their idea of extra large. That’s a large everywhere else except Mt Mikes where it’s a medium. And double pepperoni? Not even close. Itlooks like they skimped on a regular pepperoni amount. Not going back. I thought they gave me the wrong order. Called in totalk to a manager and they didn’t care at all. I 'm sure whoever reads their response will think Wow, they really handled thatwell. They offered him a free pizza in one response and a refund in response to my other 1-star review. ACTUALLY, thesame owner called me directly and DID NOT OFFER EITHER OF THOSE THINGS. In fact, all they offered me over the phone was 15%off my next order . They did NOT offer anything close to what they publicly claimed they offered me here. I told them if Ithought they were off the mark by just 15%, I wouldn 't have left a 1-star review. Shameful. They offered me nothing in personexcept a 15% discount off my next order but then they publicly claim they offered me a refund or a free pizza. Super shady. Nice try Round Table but I 'm here to publicly correct that totally false statement. Now, in addition to all the aforementionedreasons to not go here, I can attest that they not only failed, but then acted deceptively to the public and to myself. Again,DO NOT GO HERE. "Just moved to the area and wanted to try out a good local spot. I was at first disappointed to see that a round table chain had the best reviews near me. I was unsure about ordering here but went for it because of the reviews. Wow! This pizza was great. Iordered the veggie special xtra large and it did not disappoint. They loaded it up and cooked it well enough that it wasn’tsoggy in the middle. We also ordered the family caesar salad and it was plenty for my husband and I to share. Overall theexperience reminded of us Me-n-Eds (our fave from Fresno). We ordered for curbside and didn’t even have to call. They cameright out to us as soon as they saw our described vehicle. We will definitely be back. Don’t knock the franchises!"

"I had an amazing meat pie at Franco's Pizza Edison. It had been 18 years since I last enjoyed an east coast style pizza, so I was excited to finally try it again. I watched as they prepared a fresh Meat Pizza from scratch, and I ordered the first item on the menu. However, I plan to try a combo before I leave town. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel completely at home. I devoured half of a medium pizza and took the rest back to my room. The menu offers many other options, and I can confidently say that if I lived here, I'd be ordering food once or twice a month, especially if everything is as good as the pizza. "I am editing my review a week later to give five stars to Maria. After providing feedback, the wait time for phone-in orders improved significantly. Maria provided great service and she deserves the recognition. I am hoping that Maria’s work ethic inspires her fellow coworkers. Very unhappy with this location. I am never able to get through on the phones to order. Today, while waiting outside, I called and watch a worker put me on hold. They have two workers in the front and four to the back side. No one was taking orders from the phone. I left a message to corporate as well. The workers were unapologetic and rude. The lady worker was rude and did not care if our order was not taken by phone and continued to tell her coworker that it’s not his issue. Customer service is overlooked as a whole. No one was concerned about giving satisfactory service. Less than one star."

"I had a very good experience with this establishment when I ordered a pizza lunch for my son’s birthday. The kids were playing paintball out at Playland707 and they had no problem bringing the food out there (it’s kind of off of the beatenpath).
