"Nothing about my order was stand out. Got a lamb gyro and they put way too much sauce on it. Literally leaking sauce out either end of the gyro. And they didn't even fold it, they just made it like a taco.My friend asked for chicken wings and french fries with ketchup salt and pepper on top, and instead of doing what she asked they just put packets of ketchup in our to-go bag. When asked why they did that and didn't put the condiments on top of the food as requested, the employees just shrugged and handed us ketchup packets. When asking about salt and pepper we were told they didn't have any.Chicken wings and french fries were unseasoned and had very little flavor. Also bought two pieces of cake, the four layer carrot cake slice was $7 plus tax. Ridiculously overpriced for what you're getting. The gyro with fries, four wings with fries, and two slices of cake were overpriced at $37.Two women working behind the counter, the black girl made me repeat myself at least half a dozen times and still didn't get the order right The white girl looked like a junkie and was rude to the black girl. At one point, The phone rings about half a dozen times in a row and instead of picking up the phone and putting taking the order she angrily asked the black girl to do pick up the phone and put the customer on hold... While she stood there doing nothing.Places kind of grungy and dirty looking. Very old building without regular maintenance. If zero stars were an option, they'd get it."

"I regret to say that my experience with Antonio's Pizza has been consistently disappointing, both in terms of their food quality their abysmal customer service. After a previous order mishap where my pizza was delivered wrong and cold, I decided to give them another chance when the manager promised me a free pizza for the inconvenience. When I called the place to order tonight 7/8/23, I explained the situation and hoped to redeem the promised free pizza. To my dismay, there was no record of the incident in their system, despite the manager assuring me that my information and the issue were noted. This lack of organization and failure to honor their word was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the manager I spoke to this time was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and attempting to rectify the situation, they dismissed my complaint and refused to provide a pizza. The customer service I received was shockingly poor and left a sour taste in my mouth.Considering my consistent negative experiences with both their food quality customer service, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Antonio's Pizza to anyone will be doing my very best to promote them in the worst way possible. I am a disgruntled customer and will take my time in advertising the poor service I received from you. From this day forward, I will be blasting your establishment online and in person. Consider this free advertising. You can say I have nothing better do but for the next 30 days, but I will take 15 minutes a day with free negative advertising for Antonio's Pizza in Port Chester, NY. All you had to do was honor your word. Now look a Google review for something that could have been fixed in 1 hour with 1 pizza. Such a shame guys. More to come. Feel free to reach out to me."

"This was my first time dining in at Villa Barone. My cousin and I had the most degrading experience at the restaurant. Our server BERATED us when we requested to change our food due to a misunderstanding. Initially when we ordered, we requested recommendations for vegetarian pasta dishes in different sauces. The waiter recommended Primavera with veggies, we asked if it's white sauce, and our understanding was that it's pasta with white/creme sauce with veggies. He was slightly unclear and only gave us one option. We agreed and when food arrived it was a risotto in oil based sauce. Another waiter/manager happen to pass by when our food arrived and was willing to make the needed changes. However seconds later our waiter came to our table and started to berate us, claiming he made everything clear. He was very confrontational and we asked him if he was upset, and we asked to have pasta with creme sauce. He was very unhelpful in figuring out if anything can be vegetarian, we ended up sharing vodka sauce plate and left. We were not charged for risotto, however charged 20% gratuity automatically, for 2 ppl for very upsetting dinner experience. It was both our birthdays and we were shocked that management/waiter did not work towards making us another meal or check in on us. We left the restaurant wondering if we're treated poorly because we were two girls or because of our Asian background."

"I love a good slice of pizza but really really love a jimmy's pizzas!! The bombay veggie (red sauce one is our default pizza any day of the week (see my pics . It is the best vegetarian pizza we have ever had because it has the right amount of veggies and sauce! We've tried just about all of the Indian style pizzas (except the chicken and jain ones as we are in the company of veggie eaters who love garlic and onions (jain versions are made with no meat, garlic or onion . That said, I will say that we love all of their Indian style and paneer pizzas as they fit the variety of spicy moods we may find ourselves in. The achari pizzas have a hot and sour flavor, which is from the mixture of the red achari Indian spices sprinkled on top and the tiny pineapple bits for the sour piece. If you've ever had an Indian mango pickle, the achari red spice will be a very familiar and welcome taste to you. The corn pizza is an explosion of corn with a great amount of cilantro as well, which is brilliant. What I find unique with the Indian pizza options is the dough. It's not a Brooklyn style dough that's floppy, but it's as thin as one. It's an ever so slightly fluffy thin pizza with a crisp bottom for the small and medium size. The edge or crust of the pizza is always crispy and crunchy delicious, too. If you go for the large size, the dough towards the center is a bit more like a brookly style, meaning not as crisp and will bend from the amount of ingredients. Non the less we still love it. Not all of their pizzas are like the Indian style ones as they do sell traditional pizzas as well that are more expected/typical dough or Brooklyn style with a thin chewy dough. I definitely recommend ordering from jimmy's at least once and trying the Indian ones if you can handle some spice as they all have a spicy red sauce, if not a jalapeño topping to add more heat. It's the Indian pizzas that kept us coming back. They have gotten a bit more expensive lately as the pricing has gone up over the years, especially if you order for delivery. They don't offer coupons or deals anymore it seems as well as I didnt see any of the off peak specials posted, and so we're cutting down as it is a bit and a drive for us. I do wish they had a reward system for loyal customers as I'd sign up."
