"Got the chef tasting menu, fish was good quality, but unfortunately there was too many pieces that had truffle or truffle oil and caviar, which overpowered all the fish flavors. A bit of a shame because I could tell that the rice was seasoned well, and the fish and scallops tasted fresh and were good cuts, but the truffle was too repetitive and overpowering, theres other ingredients you can use to really play with the flavors and palates of the guests to keep it interesting and still enjoyable.
