"Not only are their bagels lousey but so are their sandwiches. I ordered a sesame toasted bagel with nova lox, cream cheese, capers and onions. I asked for a nice slice of onion. Well i must havee been dreaming. I watched them put what appeared to be half a slice of lox on one side of the bagel and i questioned it and i heard the woman making it say “well that’s a portion”. The onions were little slivers. I had to go home and doctor it up but it was to no avail. It was $12.00+ and a total waste of money. I will never go back. The young man at the front was very courteous and apologetic. I hope he finds a better place to work with higher standards."
