"Not only are their bagels lousey but so are their sandwiches. I ordered a sesame toasted bagel with nova lox, cream cheese, capers and onions. I asked for a nice slice of onion. Well i must havee been dreaming. I watched them put what appeared to be half a slice of lox on one side of the bagel and i questioned it and i heard the woman making it say “well that’s a portion”. The onions were little slivers. I had to go home and doctor it up but it was to no avail. It was $12.00+ and a total waste of money. I will never go back. The young man at the front was very courteous and apologetic. I hope he finds a better place to work with higher standards."

Sorry about the 2 stars today. Ordered a toasted garlic with cream cheese to-go. Got home, exhausted after work and but to my surprise... a plain cold bagel with I guess a smear of cream cheese. Im going to bed disappointed.

I often pass by this restaurant and finally decided to stop in for breakfast today—definitely no regrets! Everything on the menu sounded delicious, but I chose the Southerner, which comes with bacon, egg, and cheese on a buttered (and toasted, if you prefer) bagel of your choice, opting for a plain bagel. As an update, a worker said, “We’re open at 6, what were you doing?” implying that it was my fault for being there after their closing time, but they had sold out before the end of their shift! You’re still open for three more hours; it shouldn’t matter if I arrived at 6 or 12. There should always be bagels available for customers, especially since that’s what you’re serving your food on.

Long time customer. Hadn't been back in several years and stopped while in town for a funeral. Service and quality have gone way down hill. I ordered a single sandwich and watched while several people who came in after me had their orders completed well before mine. When I asked what was going on, I was treated with contempt. The sandwich itself had one tiny sliver of Lox on it, maybe a quarter or half of an ounce. I asked what gives and they wouldn't even respond.
