"I really enjoy visiting this place for its diverse range of flavors and the delicious honey walnut cream cheese. However, I’ve noticed that some days are busier than others, which can lead to longer wait times. Additionally, during my last few visits, I ordered the cinnamon crunch bagel with the honey walnut spread, but unfortunately, my bagel often tasted like garlic, onions, and chives. This seems to be due to the staff not changing out the parchment paper between toasting different types of bagels. It’s quite frustrating to expect a sweet flavor and instead get savory notes in my bites. It would be great if they could use separate toasters for sweet and savory bagels to prevent this issue."
