"I tried this place three times before writing this review. They have Taylor ham which an NJ native knows is amazing -that gets them one full star. Basically the bagels are good and again I'll play my nj/ny card to be the judge of that. I like all the cream cheese options and the pricing overall isn't bad. Why they lost stars: two main reasons. First the staff isn't really that friendly just the bare minimum if that- but the real issue is the quality off the Taylor ham and egg sandwich. I added pictures from two of our three visits. The Taylor ham egg and cheese on everything bagel is a go to order and in NJ shops you get at least 2-3 pieces of Taylor ham. Here they take one piece and quarter it. That is so cheap and tacky. To be honest raise the price 50cents and give the 3 pieces or take it off the menu altogether. It's just tacky."

I truly enjoy this restaurant! Every time I visit, it's a pleasure, and the food is always tasty. The staff is welcoming and attentive, managing to serve quickly even when it's busy. Their bagels are the best I've ever tasted!

The service and variety were good, but the quality of the ingredients was disappointing. I ordered cheese on my bagel and got something similar to Kraft Singles. I had to remove most of it to make it somewhat edible. I'm really disappointed.

The bagels are delicious, and the cream cheese is tasty as well. However, if you're from NJ/NY and have a craving for a pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwich, this isn't the spot for you. The food is excellent! The young girls working in the back are hardworking and very friendly. However, I have to give a one-star rating because the manager was eating a bagel sandwich at the register, which turned me off. She doesn't seem to smile or show any enthusiasm like her staff does. The sandwich looked messy, and she didn't wash her hands afterward. I'll definitely return, but I think the owner should address this issue.

The bagels are good but never seem to be toasted enough. Overall, this place is just okay. I recommend checking your order if you're getting takeout, as this is the second time we've received the wrong items. My husband ordered a jalapeño bagel with bacon, egg, and avocado, but he got everything on his bagel instead. I ordered an everything bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese, but received a jalapeño bagel without the cheese. We've also had issues with pastries that weren't available, and while they promised to refund me, I never received it.
