"The hostess could use some additional training in customer service. We made a reservation, and upon our arrival, she informed us that there would be a 10-minute wait, which was perfectly fine. However, she appeared somewhat annoyed—perhaps she was having a rough day. We decided to sit outside, but after sitting there for 10 to 15 minutes without any service, we asked the hostess if we could move inside. Without hesitation, she said no because our table inside had already been given away. While I understand the situation, there was no effort on her part to resolve it—no offering to see what could be done or suggesting that we could sit at the bar. It felt like there was no effort at all! There were only two of us, and the restaurant came highly recommended, especially since Mexican cuisine is one of my favorites. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving and dining at another local restaurant."
