"The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding! Unfortunately, the cashier misunderstood my friend's order, and when she received it, she was disappointed to find it wasn't what she had wanted. However, the server was incredibly nice and genuinely wanted to make things right for her. Although my friend was hesitant to have them remake the order, the server insisted, saying, "Please let us do it; it’s no trouble, and we want you to enjoy your meal." They kindly remade her order, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was that their air conditioning was out, but I felt more sympathy for the staff. Working in that heat and still providing such excellent service says a lot about their character."
