"It's a bit of a mixed bag. When they get it right, it's fantastic—great service and I really enjoy their pizza. However, when they don't, it can be quite frustrating. I've experienced getting my order an hour later than the promised time, and then have to wait in the store while only one or two of the six staff members are actually making pizzas for the growing crowd. There are also times when they mess up my order, though it’s usually not so bad that I can't eat it. I always ask for extra sauce and extra cheese, but that request hardly ever seems to be fulfilled. There was one occasion where I had to add cheese myself because my pizza looked so bare.
If you're ordering online on a Friday or Saturday and the website says it will be ready in 30 minutes, take that with a grain of salt. If it’s after 4 PM, expect it to take an hour or more for your pizza to be ready. Honestly, it's better to place your order around noon on those days."
