Forget the extra instruction for sliding pizza off tray after 10 minutes to further crisp up the crust. Ain't gonna happen. First time this occurred, I gave the company polite private online feedback. Got a $2 discount code on next pizza as a thank you. Never used it. This time? No make nice to the kids at Corporate. It's public feedback time. Your trays are defective, yet you continue to push them off on your customers to save on costs? Bite the bullet, toss this batch and restock with baking trays that work. Other local eateries that care about the customer deserve the business. More of ours just got redirected. Adieu."

Terrible customer service peri ordered a pizza with no mushrooms and pineapples they put one mushroom in the middle of it so I called talk to the evening manager and he pretty much told me that he didn't care F off have a good day. And I always tip.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food here is incredibly tasty. I especially love their Crab Rangoon; it’s the best I’ve ever had. Their fried dishes are perfectly crisp without being greasy. I’m really enjoying the variety of delicious options available. I've also developed a liking for curry; just keep in mind that it can get spicy, so if you prefer milder flavors, I recommend ordering a 0 or 1 star. We absolutely LOVE this new addition to our town and find ourselves ordering from here at least once a week!

Murphys pizza bad service last week my wife and me we travel to Seattle from pasco and we order one on line we never have order murphys pizza in the past so when we get to pick up we see the pizza need to be cooked so we try to explain the We make a mistake and we can take because we are traveling the guy call the supervisor came up all mad and told us he will refund are money and take the pizza back so far never refund nothing i sen email to customer service nothing to So i told my wife have to do something I know it’s not a lot of money, but it’s not fair to treat people like that
