"The food tasted fantastic. Every item we ordered, from the spiced fries to the burger and dessert, seemed thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail and flavor. Prices ranged from about $15 to $25, and the portion sizes and quality definitely justified the cost. You won’t find yourself needing to order extra to feel satisfied. The service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was very busy at the time. The interior atmosphere is beautiful, and the drinks were delicious, priced around $9 to $10 per cocktail. "I really wanted to leave a higher review for this restaurant as I thought the food (especially the wings and the brisket) was excellent and I really liked the atmosphere of this establishment. I unfortunately had a rude male waiter who stared me down as I was leaving a tip and had the audacity to make a comment about the tip amount as he was watching me close out my check. I would want to recommend people come to this restaurant but this interaction ruined my evening with my wife and I would want to spare other people the misfortune of being waited on by someone who does not have a sense of customer service. I'm sure other people have had a great experience here but I don't plan on coming back in the future. There are too many other great places in town to spend my time being harassed by wait staff."

"I've been going to this location for quite a few years now and I'm not sure what happened. The restaurant was freezing inside, but clean and our waitress was nice. We ordered onion rings and they were over cooked on the outside and the batter was still liquid on the inside. Hush puppies were the same over cooked on the outside and raw on the inside, twice. Chicken Fried Steak burnt on the outside too. Everything tasted so bad, I can tell the oil was really old. We're aren't picky people, but couldn't stomach finishing our food and left feeling sick. We did tell the waitress who offered apologies but nothing else. The people behind us were complaining about watered down drinks saying the watched the bartender water them down. We left super disappointed and sick. We will never return."

"My experience at Hard Rock was very enjoyable. I was there for a bachelor party of 6 people. We were seated in the back room which was decorated very nicely in accordance with the theme of the restaurant. The food was amazing, and our adult beverages were made correctly and delicious. The only disappointment we had was expecting a live band, as I have experienced in the past. Maybe because it was a Thursday, they did not have one, but it would have been a great addition to dinner. I would recommend, and I will return!"

"Beautiful casino and great service at the hard rock Café, the waitress was extremely attentive, and our food came out very fast. I suggest making a reservation on OpenTable, so you don’t have to wait on line, sometimes there are long lines, and the wait can extend past half an hour. Breakfast is served till 11 AM during the week and 12 noon on the weekends. Only complaint I have is that my English muffin was stale and they did not give me enough home fries, other than that my waitress was wonderful!"

"What a complete waste of money and time. Are Hard Rock Cafe's franchises, as this wasn't anything like the others I have been to? The food here is proper awful, the menu very limited and the atmosphere nonexistent. What a real real shame. I just wish I hadn't brought my memorabilia from the gift shop before the meal, as its an evening I wish to forget and not remember. I will try another Hard Rock Cafe elsewhere before judging on the Hard Rock's decline, as I would hate for this to be my last memory, of what was once a great, fun dining experience"

"Although the waitress was very good, she had too many tables. You clearly don’t have enough help. She apologized for how long it took to get one drink with only one bartender. We had hoped to be through with dinner before the music started but not the case. This is the second time we’ve have to wait for service. The last time she never came back to take our food order. Love the music but clearly management needs to pitch in instead of sitting with the bands."

"This was always out of our parents price range when growing up, so today was an awesome goal achievement for us. The entire atmosphere of the place is awesome. It puts you in the right frame of mind to have fun to enjoy good food, good music, and a good time. The Sparkling Blue Hawaiian was tart and HUGE. I made it a point to eat my entire burger and majority of my fries so I could walk out under my own power. (I’m not a big drinker. Jerome our awesome server was kind enough to get me a to-go cup so I could finish it. The burger and fries were so very good. We stopped in the Rock Shop for our t-shirts and a magnet. This experience was worth every penny we spent."

"We had been traveling to NY for years from Chicago for the Millrose Games at the Armory. But we have never been able to reserve a table because Coogan's is so popular with the running community. To solve the problem we extended our vacation in NYC an extra day so we could come back on Sunday and enjoy dinner and take in all the memorabilia on the walls. We were not disappointed. And we got to sit back and cheer on the Eagles during the Super Bowl that night. Coogan's is a great authentic Irish Pub"
