"When we received the bill, we noticed that the 15% discount wasn’t applied, and there was an additional charge for our substitution. We brought this to the waitress's attention, and she assured us that the manager would resolve it. The bill returned with the discount applied only to the garlic knots, so we pointed this out again, and the manager was consulted once more. The next bill had a partial discount, but the root beer was still not included. At this point, the manager came to our table and rudely informed us that drinks were excluded from the discount. I explained that the coupon didn’t specify that—it just mentioned alcohol. Then she began to criticize us, saying it was typical for “church people” to bring in coupons and use them repeatedly, despite this being the first time we had used one there. We were taken aback by her attitude; it felt like they were annoyed with us for pointing out their mistake. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"I had driven by this subtle little place a hundred times, and we finally stopped to check it out. From the first moment we walked in, we were greeted with a welcoming smile. The menu is perfect. The second thing is to see the brick oven that cooks some of the pizza I have ever had.. we ordered a large, (bigger than any large out there) Buffalo Chicken pizza, big chunks of chicken and plenty of them, spiced just right, and instead of red sauce, they use real chunky blue cheese dressing as a base, and that just blew me away.. as for their pasta, meatballs, Chicken Parm etc.. delicious. Definitely getting your moneys worth here. Very friendly people, each time we’re there, attention to their patrons is #1 priority They have definitely landed two new lifelong customers.. "Bella's is by far the best restaurant I have ordered gnocchi from. My family has ordered other food from here. And, it is always great tasting and fresh. Very delicious. The portions are so huge I always have leftovers. I have eaten leftover up to 2/3 days from the day I bought it. And it is still just as delicious. I order when I come to Scranton to visit my mother and have dinner together. Tonight I ordered from a restaurant in my area (2.0). It's a newer restaurant on the fancier side. And the food ordered for myself and family is not even comparable to Bella's. I really wish they had a location in my area or would deliver this far. But, I'm too far for a Scranton delivery. Tom is always so nice and sweet. He always says to say hello to my mom (and aunt when she was alive). The delivery people are always so nice and personable. I recommend Bella's 110%! Best food for the best prices."

"I don’t really have anything bad to say about Avanti Caffe. It’s an all around great place to dine. We were looking for a quick bite to eat while we waited for our event to start. Nice cozy place with great service. Everyone in our party sat around and talked and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food and walked out quite fool. I had the meatball sub and it was fantastic. I couldn’t even finish the entire sandwich. The prices are really affordable especially given the location. A friend of mine ordered the chocolate mousse and she shared a bite with me. Wow it was good."

"We came to Marisa?s for the first time this eve. Garden Rustica salads; 16? pizza with mushrooms, onions and meatballs; cannoli for dessert. Some of the best salads in a restaurant we have had. Pizza was NY style with a crisp bottom but soft enoughto have a good chew; toppings were not skimpy and tasty. I personally prefer a more seasoned sauce but this was quite good. Thecannolis were filled to order (my Italian wife won?t eat it pre-filled) with a choice of 3 store made fillings. These wereamazing! Crisp and creamy. The most extraordinary thing about our experience was the young lady who served us. We sat at the barand she handled the bar with?3 couples and about 8 tables. She didn?t miss a step, got every order right, the food never waitedfor her and she was gracious, attentive and friendly. I can see us going back forever a few times a month."

"The pizza was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the fried peppers and mushroom caps. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was frozen when it arrived. It lacked the creamy texture it should have had, and we could taste ice crystals in it, which was disappointing. The service was extremely slow! While our meals came out quickly, we had to wait ages for someone to take our order and even longer for someone to clear the table and bring dessert. The dessert also took a long time to arrive. I’m definitely interested in getting that pizza again, but I’m not sure if I want to dine in or just do takeout next time."

"Rosati's is our top choice for thin crust pizza! We absolutely love their crust, flavors, and toppings. Every time we order pizza, we are always satisfied. "This place is a well kept secret in Baton Rouge. I'm very picky about Italian food, and I absolutely love Gino's. Three things you do need to know: 1) best to call for a reservation (especially for a weekend or a larger group), 2) the prices are on the higher side, and 3) be sure to order the house specialty bread (it's not included, but worth the price). Note that for groups of 6+ a 20% gratuity will be added to your bill. This is a great place for date night! I've been here a couple of times, and the wait staff are always very friendly. They are also super knowledgeable about their menu, including their rather extensive wine menu. The cannelloni (both seafood and meat options) are delicious and probably the best pasta dish on the menu. I've tried to order the tortellini carbona a few times, but somehow they are always out (womp womp bad luck, perhaps). If you get dessert the tartufo cake is absolutely delicious. It's sharable, but you might not want to share..."

"We come here for our coffee, usually Lavazza, but unfortunately, they were out this time. We enjoyed a delicious Italian sub, some pasta, and a delightful light and slightly chewy roll that was perfect for making cheese bread at home. This is definitely our go-to spot for a genuinely tasty sub at reasonable (near downtown) prices. I highly recommend giving it a try! I’m not sure if they offer soup, but I can imagine it would be excellent on a cold day, especially with a roll or garlic bread. I would love to find a really good minestrone!"

"I met up with some friends yesterday to eat here! The vibe is nice and everything seemed great! After watching quite a few people who sat after us get their food before us we checked and were told it would be a couple minute. No problem! I’m not in a rush so no biggie. Then the waitress said that the ticket didn’t get sent in so it would be a bit longer. Still no biggie, life happens!When the food finally comes out, I had asked for no cheese on the burger. I point it out and ask quickly still trying to be as polite as possible cause I know of the mix up earlier. The waitress decided instead to gaslight me and tell me that I asked for no cheddar cheese and that the southwest burger has 2 cheeses on it. Well the cheese was definitely cheddar to start off with but then to still try and gaslight me when I have the menu showing that she’s oddly lying to me about cheese. I bite my tongue and she takes my food back. Not even minutes later I get it back. I go to take a bite of my burger and sure enough I see the yellow cheese around the edges of the burger. At this point the cheese has clearly been scraped off by staff. At this point the nice bone in my body ran very cold and I made a call to try and figure out if I was being irrational. I decided that we would just not leave a tip but also not cause a scene at the restaurant as I’m not allergic to milk. As this is being decided by my table group the staff is clearly anxious and talking to eachother repeatedly looking at my table. The waitress comes up and asks about our food. I decided it wouldn’t hurt to mention it lightly. I explained the hazard of people who may be allergic to milk and how I was disappointed. She then continued to gaslight me and tell me the yellow cheese I was seeing was grease. ?(which if that is really their grease then people dining here should be concerned about the cleanliness cause grease from burgers is not yellow and doesn’t solidify like that? but as she said that with no asking or arguments she said she’d take a discount off of my meal. So in her gaslighting she admitted guilt. She also offered to make me a new one but I honestly didn’t want my food spit in if I sent it back a third time so I refused.ALL AND ALL IF YOURE ALLERGIC TO ANYTHING THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOESNT TAKE ALLERGIES SERIOUSLY AND WILL TOTALLY GASLIGHT YOU ABOUT IT. My husband had the Chicken Scarpriello and I had the Shrimp Parmesian. The portions were large enough to take home for leftovers. Our server was excellent and attentive.
