Additionally, the restaurant was understaffed, which affected customer service. While the staff were kind, they seemed unaware of the status of my order. After waiting for 40 minutes, I had to ask for my pizza, which was actually ready but just sitting there getting cold. Overall, it was quite frustrating.

My experience at this restaurant has significantly declined since my last visit about 6 to 9 months ago. I came expecting Brooklyn-style pizza, but I was astonished by the minimal toppings they used! Unfortunately, I won't be returning. The prices are too high for what felt like mostly bread and very few toppings.
