"I've been a patron of this restaurant for the past five years, and it used to be one of my favorites in Covington. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I was looking forward to introducing my friend to this spot, but her experience fell short. She ordered the turkey and bacon sandwich along with green beans, but after just one bite of each, she didn't seem impressed at all. I suggested she ask for a refund or a different dish, as I’ve had no issues doing this at other places. However, not only did they take her food away, but they also refused to refund her or offer a replacement. Despite having enjoyed their food in the past, I don't think I'll be returning due to their poor customer service."
