"I enjoyed my date. It was busier than I expected. We got there about an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. Our waitress was nice but just a little overwhelmed. They were under staffed but we were patient. The bar took forever getting out our drinks. Our waitress said her other table just waited 45 mins for their drink as well. We got an appetizer, boneless honey bbq wings but there was a chip in our bbq sauce that looked pretty gross. Our waitress fixed it for us. The food was really good though. I enjoyed it. Took half home and it didn't make it thru the night. I like coming to this apple bees because the food is usually made right and good and it was besides the chip.Parking: Nice big parking lot for lots of customers.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking in the front"

"They allow dogs on their patio! That, along with friendly and engaging service, convinced us to visit twice during our recent visit to Fort Worth. They have bar and grill style food the selection and quality met our expectations. Service was friendly it was hot during our visit, the staff brought water for our dogs and were happy to bring added vegetables we could share with them while we ate. They can be a little slow when they really get busy but we were there to enjoy an evening rather than get in and out, especially as the sun set and the evening started cooling down. Definitely on our list for our next visit!"

"First the good: Love this place and that they still offer a daily tortilla taste with butter. When we left, it was cheese tortilla with garlic butter. As usual they were so good!!! The food was excellent as usual. I tried her virgin Mango Margarita (signed driver) and our was very good and tasted like real mango, not artificial at all. Pictures of food included. The parking lot is small and was full when we were there at 18:30, but I found parking on the street opposite of Valley Ho Hotel. What I wasn't happy about: I had called 4 days before, but no one took up reservations for party of 6 for dinner on Saturday night. The machine said to leave a message and I would call back about my reservation, but never got a call. We still tried, and they could take us, but not outside. Apparently the terrace is booked 2 months in advance, so just note. I noticed that when we left at 6:00, some tables were open on the terrace, so maybe if you make a late dinner, you get lucky to sit outside. Do NOT get the top shelf Margarita. Our friends are connoisseurs and the top shelf Margarita was weak and it does not come with a small extra shot of the Gran Marnier. When our friends complained that it tastes weak and that it's an extra shot glass the waitress just brushed it with him 's already mixed that 's as we do here. The upper shelf was not worth the extra. We wouldn't order it again."

"I wish I could give a review of the food, but I never received any! I ordered online and arrived about 15 minutes later, only to find that my order wasn’t ready. I waited another 25 minutes, and still no food. Meanwhile, others were coming in and leaving with their orders, but mine was nowhere to be found. When I inquired about my order, I received a vague response that it was "almost ready." Ultimately, I had to leave without any food since my lunch break was over. The service was poor and the overall organization of the restaurant was lacking. There was only one other table that arrived after me, and they had already received their appetizers. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"Ashamed to say this being a local. Today 7/7/2024 was my first experience having a Spanky's meal and let me say, I was not disappointed. My daughter took me for breakfast after church. When we walked in, there were only three large tables available as all the other smaller sets were occupied by happy, eating and chattering customers. The server we had, I'm sorry she told me her name and I forgot it, greeted us with a smile and was very kind. As busy as it was she did not rush us to get our order nor did she ignore our presence. She took our order with a smile and our food arrived in a surprisingly fast time frame, was hot and delicious. She attended to us and she asked how we were doing when we didn't have a mouth full of food??. Spanky's you gained a new customer today, I will definitely be back. Next time I will try lunch or dinner."

"A few days ago, my daughter and I returned to Max, and the food was, as always, excellent. However, I was disappointed to see that two employees, including our waitress, were not wearing masks at all. Even though the waitress noticed that we were wearing masks—except when eating—she still didn't take it into account when she came to our table. My daughter asked me not to say anything about it, and I respected her wish. It’s disheartening that COVID-19 precautions are not being taken seriously at Max’s."

"This restaurant isn't anything extravagant, but it was clean, spacious, and offered a great view with plenty of natural light. The best part was that it was all air-conditioned, making for a comfortable experience. The staff members were friendly, prompt, and attentive. While the food wasn't extraordinary, I say that in a good way. Everything was delicious, served in generous portions, cooked perfectly, and reasonably priced. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I genuinely want to return for dinner because I've heard their dinner options are fantastic, and I'm definitely interested. "It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars all the way across, but all in all it was good! My husband and I with 3 our kids all enjoyed it. We went on a Sunday around lunch time, so the wait and service was fair considering the rush. We got French toast, pancakes, kids sausage sandwich, pretty much a breakfast spread and we all really enjoyed it! Small details: It has an A from the health dept, no super weird smells (like dirty dish rags), seat yourself, greeted w/drinks, clean tables, warmed syrup, bussed tables! Would recommend!"

"Few places can make you feel like you are back home. Country View Restaurant is one of those places. We had breakfast there are the food was fabulous. And done in such a way that made me think my mom had made it for me when I was a kid. The cornbread that came with it, I could live on it and never think twice it was so good. In addition to the very large portion size, the prices were incredibly low. The staff were kind, considerate, and accommodating. Plus in the age of Covid, they have done a great job of making sure you are comfortable in all respects. I am going back. GAURANTEED!!!"

"My wife and I have been eating here for thirteen years and it's our favorite place in Granbury to eat! Most of the waiting staff are the same people waiting for us in 2004. BY FAR Best Breakfast in Hood County. I will admit that Pam 's is less expensive, but you get more and much better food. The waiting staff is also the best in the city! Never had a bad experience at Fire House. If we have company, the question we get, are we in the firehouse? And I don't know how anyone could confuse Fire House green beans for canned beans."

"Fantastic restaurant! The place is beautiful and spotless! There used to be issues with the air conditioning at this location, but that’s no longer the case! The staff is incredibly welcoming. They serve the coldest beer in the area, and the food is incredibly fresh and served hot! The prices are amazing, and special requests are easily accommodated. Be sure to try their takeout as well; everything is packaged well and arrives home hot and ready to eat! I'll definitely be back soon!"
