"First and foremost, if you lack the ingredients to fulfill orders, please inform the customer. They allowed me to place my order, handed me my food, and charged me full price, all while being aware that they didn’t actually provide what I had requested. When I brought it up, they casually mentioned that they didn't have the ingredients and only offered tomatoes as a substitute. I had to ask for lettuce because what I was really missing was coleslaw. They didn’t apologize or offer a partial refund. To make matters worse, I added something extra to my wrap and was charged full price plus the add-on, despite not receiving what I asked for.
The wrap was disappointing—excessively salty, the chicken tasted off, and there was a bone in it. They didn't even bother to grill my wrap. The level of frustration and disappointment I felt was akin to losing a loved one. I'd rather have eaten a $20 bill than the “food” I was served.
The only solution for this establishment would be to close their doors, change the name, and completely revamp the menu. They have tarnished the legacy of Bagel Culture. I will never return, and I hope that one day I can forget this experience and remember the times when this place truly cared about the quality of its food."
