Called to order takeout today. The person who answered the phone assumed I was a friend playing a prank on him and wouldn?t take my order. Have had good food here in the past but management should look into who this employee is. Completely unprofessionaland inappropriate behavior.

My visit to the restaurant was rather disappointing. The bread was somewhat soggy and didn't create a great impression. On the positive side, I liked the option to order smaller sandwiches. However, the turkey was dry, which resulted in the meal being just average. I've definitely had better deli sandwiches at other places.

We stopped by here for the first time today and ordered the BBQ chicken. I think it would have been really good except the chicken was extremely dry and ruined the whole sandwich. It was also really hot inside, their air conditioning didn?t seem to beworking very well. Likely won?t go back, but hope others have a better experience!

Wow! This place is fantastic! I've ordered from here three times in the last month. Each time, I've customized their sandwiches with a little extra flair, and the quality of the meat, cheese, and vegetables is outstanding. They've really become my go-to sandwich shop, and I'm more than willing to pay a bit more for such high-quality subs!

O.M.G. This place does not disappoint. I?ve ordered from this place 3 times in the last month. Granted I?ve added my own spin on their sandwiches each time just a little extra here and there, but from the meat to the cheese to the veggies just topnotch. We dined at this restaurant for the first time today and tried the BBQ chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, it was quite dry, which really detracted from the meal. Furthermore, the indoor temperature was uncomfortably warm since the air conditioning didn't seem to be working correctly. While I likely won't be coming back, I hope others have a more enjoyable experience!

This place is garbage. Your sandwich doesnt look anything like the pictures. They hardly include any meat and that's the whole sandwich! Total rip off. If you've ever had an authentc Philly Cheesesteak, you'd understand the difference. This is some chainfrom LA. I should have known when I walked in and there were no customers. This sandwich reminded me of cheesesteaks I used toget from the chinese take out restaurants deep in the hood in Philly but even those were better. This place is a joke. Dontwaste your money. I would recommend Olde City Cheesesteaks or Shorty's Cheesesteaks, both here in Manhattan. Both places willgive you the authentic Philly Cheesesteak experience you've come to know...

This restaurant is quite disappointing. The sandwich bears no resemblance to the pictures, and there is hardly any meat—after all, that's the main ingredient! It feels like a total rip-off. If you've ever had an authentic Philly Cheesesteak, you'd realize just how inferior this version is. This place seems to be just another chain from Los Angeles. I should have been wary when I walked in and saw it was completely empty. The sandwich reminded me of the cheesesteaks I used to get from Chinese takeout places in some tough neighborhoods of Philly, but those were still better.
