"The only minor issue was that the soda machine was a bit loud for the size of the room, but it was nothing significant—certainly not something I'd complain about. I'm quite picky about barbecue, and I have to say, Ben's BBQ is fantastic! The meats were well-prepared, juicy, and fresh. The brisket was perfectly tender and fell apart beautifully, especially when paired with their sweet and spicy sauce.
And the ribs… Wow. We’ve already decided that we’ll be ordering a full rack next time; they were incredible with the hot sauce (I apologize—I forgot the name of the sauce). The bread slices were generously sized and loaded with flavor. The Brussels sprouts were seasoned just right, similar to how I make them at home. They were cooked to perfection—not too crisp and bitter, nor too soft and soggy. The seasoning was spot on, and the addition of bacon really elevated the dish.
In the end, we couldn’t decide on dessert, but I insisted we had to try something. I asked Ben for a recommendation, and he suggested the peanut butter pie. I’m so glad I took his advice! It was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor—an excellent finish to our BBQ feast. We will definitely be back, and next time, we’ll bring friends!"
