"We stopped by while passing through Holiday Island, and saying we were disappointed would be an understatement. Our waitress struggled to remember what beers were on draft, which wasn't a huge issue in itself. However, I was quite disheartened to be served draft beer in a small Dixie cup, especially for nearly $10. The tables were dirty, and the overall decor could have used some serious attention. Nearby, 4 or 5 waitresses were just hanging around instead of attending to guests. We ordered an appetizer and were simply glad to be able to place our order and leave. I don’t think I would choose to visit this establishment again."

Food was room temp. Ordered the pull pork nachos. Could barely eat half. My son got it too and said his pork was cold. Not a good food experience. I’m sure Ramsey would have walked out.

If I could leave no stars I would. Spent 2 hours and between the 4 of us…1 was served a whole plate of cold food…and the other received the wrong burger, which was raw and being that she is a cancer patient who goes through chemo once a week, CANNOT have any raw foods. Also waited 40 mins on an appetizer. We visit eureka often, but will never come here again.
