"I had the worst service I've ever encountered at this restaurant! We placed a curbside pickup order for six burgers. The staff member taking our order confirmed everything perfectly. However, when we went to pick it up, we found that we were missing a burger, the Ground Pounder had only one patty instead of two, and the Jr. Cajun BBQ burger was incorrectly noted as a regular Jr. burger. The curbside worker was polite, and since I used to work there, I understood that mistakes can happen.
Unfortunately, when the manager came out, he didn't seem to listen to anything we said. He didn’t offer any discounts or make any effort to address our concerns. While he did provide us with an extra patty for the Ground Pounder, it was overcooked and not prepared as we requested. When we finally received the missing burger, it was completely wrong. It was supposed to be a plain Jr. Ground Patty with American cheese and grilled onions, but what we got was fully dressed with no grilled onions and no cheese, even though we paid for it.
We tried calling to resolve the issue and seek some form of compensation, but the manager started arguing with us, placing blame on the new staff and refusing to take responsibility. As the manager, it’s your duty to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and that situations like this don’t happen! At the very least, customers should be compensated when things go wrong. Honestly, I used to work there just three months ago, and the previous management would never have allowed this to happen. Please take responsibility for your establishment or reconsider your position."
