"I really want to love this place because the service is fantastic. However, there's one major issue: they just can't seem to get the Ice Caps right. I visited this location a couple of years ago and ended up with a very bland drink. I thought maybe it was just the US locations of Tim Hortons that had an issue. After trying other spots in New York, I found they nailed the Ice Caps perfectly. I thought perhaps the US locations were finally improving. So, I decided to give this place another shot since it's conveniently close to home and I don't have to deal with tolls. Unfortunately, the drink was once again far from what I hoped for. I asked for a modification, which they were very accommodating about, but it still didn't taste the same. PLEASE learn how to make this iconic drink! I've even resorted to paying tolls just to get my Ice Caps from other locations. If you can get it right, I'd be a regular customer!"
