Drink was awful, no flavor at all. Sandwich was luke warm and tasted like it wasn’t put through the microwave long enough. Order took 15 minutes in the drive through for 3 items that came out garbage. Surrounding locations are much better.

No matter what you order, when you order, or how your order, the order will be wrong. For some reason I tried again. It was as bad if not worse. I ordered 3 Belts, only one came correct. This place needs to close down. For the incompetence to continue for this long is unbelievable.

When I asked why she didn’t provide all the flavors I requested, her excuse was that they had run out. I pointed out that the most considerate thing she could have done was let me know, so I could decide whether to complete my order. I just got a vanilla cold brew here and it was more like cream with a splash of coffee. Disgusting and honestly undrinkable. I used to work here in high school and it was not like this. Also, I went in, no customers, and I had to wait a solid 5 minutes for the worker to come out from the back. I went back in to ask to get it fixed and I gave up and am going to McDonald's to get coffee.

placed my order for donuts and tidbits and while I was waiting for my card to be approved the clerk took off real quick and apparently decided to fill my donut order without asking what I wanted after I paid which is what they always do then had an attitude when she was the one that messed up. Another employee took my order and was very nice and I did notice it was A LOT cleaner behind the counter than it ever has been

I stopped by this restaurant while on a road trip, and it seems the Sunday morning team was having a rough time. I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes with just two cars ahead of me, and they still couldn't get my order right. On the bright side, they ended up giving me double the amount of food, which was a nice surprise. However, I specifically requested a black iced coffee and was given a black hot coffee instead, which was a bit disappointing considering it was a sweltering 90-degree summer day! View menu
