"I ordered a dozen donuts this morning, two were boston cream. When I brought them to the office, it was pointed out that there were no cream in both of them. I called the office several times before Heidi/Amber answered. she answered and said, please hold her down and put the phone. Heidi/Amber then continued to drive the next 15 minutes by car without returning to the phone. talk about unprofessional and unintended customer service. she was the worst I ever met. go instead to schuler’s bakery. the coworkers, coffee and donuts are much better! to update: I called back and spoke to the manager. When I guessed what happened, she blown it off, said well, we were busy. she also said, why don't you come in and get a job here. she accused me of being rude. she also said that it was amber who answered and left the phone cell there."
