Very unpleasant experience and it wasn't just us, another couple next to us had it worse. "We went to Brunch on Saturday. The menu was small and I didn’t really find any of the options that appetizing. Then you had to scan the QR code on the menu for their specials which still didn’t add much to the menu. I understand that they have a more extensive menu for Sunday brunch but there should still be decent options for Saturday as well. I got the cowboy something, which was basically chilli with eggs on top, it was decent, I can’t complain about the quality of food. The worse part was the music was so loud I couldn’t hear the people at my table. It felt unnecessary for it to be that loud on a Saturday morning. The service was also just awkward, it’s hard to explain but the server just kept asking us ‘are you guys good?’, when it was obvious that we were ready for our checks or ready to order or done and needed our plates cleared . It’s just an awkward way to be asked things. Overall it was a mid experience. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from going here but I also wouldn’t suggest it."

"I had a great experience with the $20 breakfast at this restaurant! The owner might have had a bit of an attitude, but the food was absolutely delicious. Although it’s labeled as a Cuban restaurant, I believe it offers a wider range of flavors. As someone from an Asian background, I really enjoyed the food. I can't wait to return and eat here again!"

"My boyfriend and I frequent the diner and this past Sunday might have been our last. We each ordered an omelet, our home fries well done, and toast. When our plates came out, the home fries were slightly crispy on the outside but were the consistency of mashed potatoes on the inside. My omelet was undercooked and our toast was buttered as if they iced a cake. The waitress came over to check on us and I showed her my food to which she said yea that is definitely undercooked. We have new cooks while the others are away on vacation. So she took my meal back as well as our home fries. When she returned, my omelet was still not cooked through and our home fries really weren 't all that well done and crispy as we ordered. She had come over to check on us and I sent my food back. She came back and offered to comp the meal and also offered me a stack of pancakes or even a waffle. I declined. I had lost my appetite at that point. I know it wasn 't her fault, and we didn 't want to cause a scene, but I don 't think it is wise to share you have new cooks especially working on a busy Sunday morning. The waitress did inform the manager who informed the cooks, so I hope no one else had issues like we did."

"I visited Ritz Diner to give it a try, and I found it to be quite decent! I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with a side of fries, and I really enjoyed it—the fries were excellent! Other dishes ordered at our table included the chicken pot pie, fish and chips, and a pastrami sandwich. The fish and chips and pastrami sandwich were served as lunch specials that came with a side of soup and a soda. I tasted the matzo ball soup and thought it was rather bland. The chicken pot pie had a tasty filling, but the crust was so thick that it felt undercooked and overly chewy, which was quite off-putting. Our server was friendly, but we were seated in a spot where the sun shone directly on us, making it uncomfortable at times; I would suggest they consider getting some shades. Overall, I'd definitely return to try something new and to enjoy those fries again!"

"I happened to be in the area and stumbled upon this nice little restaurant. I decided to stop in for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the perfect portion sizes. The highlight of the meal was definitely the diner's delicious home fries. My husband also enjoyed the meal and we appreciated the attentive service from the waitress. Although there was limited parking, we were able to find a spot and enjoy a quiet meal together. I can't wait to return to this restaurant again in the future."
