"It's impossible not to fall in love with Paddy's of Park Slope. It's hard to put into words precisely what makes Paddy's so special but it probably starts with the warmth, good humor, and compassionate nature of the owners, Mark and Teresa, whose outlook on life and love for the bar is reflected by their loyal regulars, as well as the charming and down to earth bartenders. Sports fan of all kinds are welcome at Paddy's, and they will go out of their way to find your game on one of their six TVs. They also host dart tournaments and regular trivia and karaoke nights. If you're looking for good vibes surrounded by great people, look no further. This is the spot."

Best Arsenal bar in Brooklyn. One of the best pints of Guinness in NYC period. Walker behind the bar is a legend. View menu

A proper pour of Guinness and live music every second Tuesday of the month. Great local hangout; never know who you'll meet.

This was my first time here at Paddy's. It's funny because I live close to this bar and have never been there. But it was a cool place. Will be going again.

Paddy’s is awesome! I was in the park slope area looking for a place to catch the Chelsea vs Spurs match. The bartender Walker served me a perfectly poured Guiness. A great atmosphere with great people to watch any kind of sports (Premier League, NFL, MLB, etc.

Had the best night in Paddy’s last week for the Craic agus Ceol night on Wednesday. Some beautiful traditional Irish music, singing and even a spot of Irish dancing. The Guinness is the best I’ve had outside of Ireland, hands down. We also met some truly nice salt of the earth people and had some proper belly laughs. A great spot, wish it was my local

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
