"I placed a straightforward hibachi combination order, but it was incorrect and not freshly prepared. I was really disappointed to feel like I wasted $12 on food. I tried to give this location a fair chance, but unfortunately, they didn't deliver. I used to go to the one in Sterling, VA, and they consistently served fresh meals. The Manassas location could really learn from that. It would be beneficial to hire staff who genuinely care about customer satisfaction, even after the lunch rush. Additionally, having someone who speaks clear English to answer the phones would also be a great improvement."
