"I visited last night and was having a really rough day. When I arrived, I found out they had closed early due to events at all their locations. However, they were incredibly welcoming and allowed me in regardless. The manager, Mattison, was exceptionally friendly and made me feel at home, even though they were technically closed. I also had the pleasure of meeting Steven, the new back-of-house manager, who was just a genuinely wonderful person—down-to-earth, understanding, and willing to whip up some amazing food no matter the hour. I can't forget to mention Yuri, one of the back-of-house staff, who was also fantastic. This place is truly one of the best in the area. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff genuinely cares about providing a great experience. Without a doubt, this is one of the top restaurants in Dallas/Richardson. You've assembled an incredible and dedicated team that truly embodies excellent customer service. Thank you again! I can confidently say this will always be my go-to location.
