"Absolutely hands down the worst place I have ever gambled in my life! I’ve been to many casinos, including local, other states, Vegas, etc. and have never seen such tight machines. I should have believed the many reviews posted here. I didn’t even see anyone win anything higher than $20-$40. They were not short of customers though, that’s for sure! They still have all the plexi glass up between players and dealers at the tables. Come on! Ridiculous! I could not talk to my husband next to me nor interact with other players, which really took the fun out of even playing. I couldn’t understand the dealer as he was wearing a mask on the other side of the plexi glass. This alone will stop me from ever going back to this casino. The waitress did not come around for a long time so I tried to go to a bar and buy our drinks there. I was only allowed to purchase one beer at a time and couldn’t get one for my husband who was at the tables playing! Our players cards did not work the entire time we were there and every time we went to the club desk to tell them they would just say their system was being “glitchy” or tell us they should work now (and they didn’t), so we earned zero points for playing for 2 days. We also tried to status match my husband’s Caesars Diamond status as advertised on their website, and again, they were unable to do that for 2 days because their system was “down”. Looking at the benefits, I guess it wouldn’t matter anyways! Free parking in their garage and 20% off at the Hard Rock store (if you pay cash only) wasn’t exactly a status match! The room was $500+/night in the middle of the week! Thank goodness the room was VERY nice. It was small but had a great layout and worked well for our needs, but not $500 worth! We stayed in the East Tower. Very new and very clean. We ate at the Res and the food was amazing. Service was top notch and we tipped well as it was deserved. We also ate at Hard Rock Café. The service was good. It was hit or miss as one day the food was good the next day my wings were so bad I couldn’t eat them. I ordered Buffalo Wings and received something that tasted smoked and shot full of water to make them bigger. So, if you are going to gamble, believe the reviews that are posted here and don’t do it! Play the lottery or something instead, your chances of winning are probably better! Not sure why they even have a player’s club. I thought we could rack up some points for our trip next month to Lake Tahoe when we were going to the Hard Rock there. No thanks, not getting my business there now either. Also not going to the new one in Vegas when that opens! I’m sure two less small fries gamblers are going to hurt their business but Oh well, at least it won’t be my money they are getting!"

"Overall, we had a good time at The Farmhouse. We stopped by the Barrelhouse for a couple of drinks before and walked over to The Farmhouse when our reservation was ready. The vibe of both places was cool but a little hipster (Farmhouse and Barrelhouse) or a little yuppie (the complex at-large, with the boutiques and neighborhood) at times. The menu looked great. We had the carnitas tacos as an app, which were good (nice smokiness and spice with peppers), but unfortunately our two entrees (shepherd's pie and pumpkin risotto) were under-seasoned. So, for the price point, it was disappointing. But, we appreciated the ingredients utilized, and our dessert was yummy. Actually, we had a large serving of the dessert (bread pudding) and were grateful to have some for leftovers. Our server and one of the hosts were great. There was a different staff member though who seemed to not care to swear out loud while guests were still in the main room, which was off-putting. In general, this individual didn't seem very client-focused throughout our time there. Would we go back? Yes. The menu looks that good. But, if our food comes out bland again, we'll probably not recommend it to friends and family. Just aiming to be honest here and am sending my best to The Farmhouse. It clearly has a lot of interest from the community and those from out of town, and I hope our experience continues to be better each time."

"This place was a garbage fire. If I came in, you could fill out the hostility of the staff. Not to customers, but to other employees. They were not excessively busy, but the employees were very tense and sniffy to each other. Anyway, I ordered a breakfast sandwich, bacon egg and cheese to go along with a cinnamon roll. When they finished my job and gave me, I checked him, and they gave me a piece of cake and a Pimento Bacon sandwich... I told them their fault, and they brought him back to destroy it. In the meantime I sat down, waited a few minutes, and an older lady from behind came to me and asked me why I didn't want the Pimento Bacon sandwich she had made for me. I told her that it wasn't what I ordered, and pointed to my reception, she made a gruesome sound and asked me that, as I didn't order it, maybe I could tell her who did that. I was a loss because I didn't know this answer, especially because I was at the one order, I still work there. She stood next to me and started a few seconds while she was looking around. Then she tore the bag with the wrong order on my table and left. She never said another word. Confidently, I took the bag back on the counter and told them I was still on my right order. They were under the impression that the bag I was given was the right order. I explained that it was not, showed it to them again and they sent it back to be restored. The lady on the back obviously didn't like it, and verbally complained about it. I've already decided on the confrontation without going to my order, and I'll let the credit card company deny the charges."
