"They still offer all-you-can-eat boneless wings, and I'm so glad I didn’t miss out on that experience. My friend and I tapped out after our third serving. The first plate included seven boneless wings, and the subsequent servings came with four each. I tried the Garlic Parmesan first (which I found to be soggy and overly greasy), then the Buffalo (tasted like Red Hot sauce), and finally the Asian Chili (which I really disliked—it reminded me of some carry-out beef dish whose name I can’t recall, but I just don’t like that flavor). The Buffalo wings were definitely the best. The fries were good too—not soggy at all and nicely crisp. The coleslaw only came with the first plate, and I would have preferred that over the ranch, which had a flavor reminiscent of blue cheese, for some reason. Lastly, we used the restrooms, and while there was a bit of mess, they were mostly clean and smelled really nice—like a whole bunch of raspberries. I don't usually eat at Applebee's (maybe once a year), but I think I could see myself coming back to this location next year."

"we enjoyed our evening in the copper canyon grill very much. there was live music, and it was good. Although there was a fair bit of ambient noise, we could still hear ourselves easily with normal voice. we liked that there were lighter above each table so that we could read our menu. our server was wonderfully knew the menu well, could make recommendations and was attentive. eating was very good. the chocolate uprising we had for dessert, was enough for at least 3 people and delicious. the price lets us say only for special occasions, but we would go back."

"Ordered 2 for 25 to go. The food was piping hot and delicious. I checked my order before I left and an item was missing. They were more than happy to fix the mistake. Fries were a lil crispy and hard to eat but everything else was perfect. The woman doing the curbside orders was super friendly and polite. When I went inside to get my missing item the woman taking the phone orders was getting annoyed by the caller she was dealing with and came off as snarky to the guy who was waiting to talk to her. I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with her as she seemed just awful"

"Excellent service from front door, to the tableside!We were immediately accommodated and introduced to our waiter, Bryce J.Bryce is the definition of an attentive, and customer service oriented gentleman.He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and made excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. He was continously attentive throughout our stay, and we have nothing but excellent things to say about him.The food, like our waiter, was excellent. We ordered the Surf n’ Turf which was cooked exactly to our liking. Our alcoholic drinks were strong, and included and additional side of liquor.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."

"Daniel T is an awesome server and deserves to be SHOUTED OUT! My mother has late stage Alzeheimers and we have been to the restaurant on several occasions and Daniel T is our server. He does a wonderful job still treating my mother with extreme dignity and respect it is not too often you find such a gracious and caring server. He is always patient with her and allows her to take her time even though she will not make a decision. Hats off to Daniel T he makes your brand look spectacular!!!"

"The food came out after 45 minutes. Ordered eggplant Parmesan received chicken Parmesan. The replacement meal came within minutes, go figure. The eggplant was thin and overcooked. Very little flavor not cooked freshly. Husband’s meal was clearly left under a heat lamp too long. The steak medallions were one overcooked, while the other was not. The pasta was gummy. Child dinner was boxed macaroni and cheese and overcooked or warmed up too many times chicken fingers. Very poor meal for over $100 dollars!"

"From the very moment we walked in, the staff and manager Brandon greeted us warmly and sat us at the bar. Sierra was our bar tender/server and was extremely helpful when we had questions regarding the menu. They are known for their sides and when asked Sierra promptly said The Slaw is the Law! . She continued to tell us that even through the other sides are great nothing compares to the delicacy that is The Slaw. It did get a little strange as she explained that she only eats Coleslaw for every meal and even sneaks it into movie theaters as there is no Slaw there. The food was great and there was good variety we tried as much as we could, including the Coleslaw. 10/10 would recommend, and Sierra Slaw I know there are worse addictions but I hope you get the help you need for a more balanced diet."

"The food was excellent All the beef dishes (Filet Portabello The DelMonico) were great. My Tiramasu was perhaps the best I've had. "I asked to speak with a manager, and Lance, who I discovered is one of the owners, came over. Once again, there was no apology or offer to remake the burger; his attitude was completely indifferent. When I mentioned that I wouldn't be returning, he simply said, "Okay, tell the world too." He eventually said he wouldn't charge me, but considering I received a meal I couldn't eat, that felt insufficient. I would have been a satisfied customer if they had taken ownership of the situation, offered apologies, and recooked my meal. Instead, the overall attitude left a terrible impression."

"The food was horrible!!! We ordered an appetizer sampler, so we got a taste of various dishes. To call it grocery store freezer section food would be too generous because some freezer section food is better than the food we had at Shula’s. You could tell it was reheated frozen food. After the few bites, my friend asked the waitress, “was this frozen food shaken out of a bag microwaved?” The fried calamari was as dry as the Sahara desert. The boneless chicken wings aka nuggets, were mostly breading what little chicken there was, was not moist at all. The egg rolls were palatable but the dipping sauce tasted like a poorly seasoned mayo. The spinach dip was just blah. Nothing about the appetizers enticed us to order a main entree. My friend order an Old Fashioned drink he was so dissatisfied that he barely finished it. I expected a lot more from Shula’s but it felt like they just couldn’t bother with providing a quality meal experience"

"I requested a well-done burger with no pink, as instructed by the waitress. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived at our table, it was rare. We sent it back and when it returned, my family had already finished their meals. The burger was covered in fat and burnt around the edges. The manager gave us a voucher for a free appetizer on our next visit, but I do not plan on returning to this restaurant again."

"We visited around 3 PM to dodge the crowds, and the atmosphere was wonderfully intimate and serene. Our server was fantastic. We decided to share the Spooky Sip Zombie drink after being informed by our server that the portions were quite large, and it turned out to be enormous! We're glad we decided to share because it was absolutely delicious. Both of us ordered the steak with shrimp and lemon butter sauce, and it was excellent. The Halloween decorations added a lovely touch, making it a perfect date for my husband and me. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Decided to try a new place this evening, huge mistake! We will never return! Other than our server being very friendly and attentive (even though we never got straws for our drinks, maybe they were out). The food was beyond the worst food I have evergotten at any restaurant, especially one who?s name fools you into thinking they have good steaks/fish/burgers. We ordered onesteak and baked potato, one steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes and one burger and fries. The steaks were beaten so bad onlyto make them look larger, they were very, very dry and too difficult to cut/chew. If you enjoy leather, you may enjoy thesteaks! My husbands steak was half fat and he left still hungry after paying so much for the food! Spending that much money onfood that my dogs wouldn?t even eat is ridiculous. I could?ve gotten the same food at any other restaurant and it would?ve beencheaper and much better tasting! How this restaurant has any decent reviews baffles me!"

"Great service, the kitchen seems a little slow. Four of us showed up and sat on Sunday at 7:30 and received our dinner at 8:45PM not sure why we had the long waiting period, the restaurant did not seem very busy. Covid could have caused the kitchen age. Once we got our food, it was great!"

"I experienced the diner side last week, and had a great breakfast. Was looking for a different place to dine with the family. The ambiance is inviting and warm. Beautiful space and expansive bar. Was greeted and seated quickly. Our waitress was pleasant. She knew the menu well and answered our questions. I ordered the the fish fry and rice pilaf. My husband had the burger topped with mac and cheese. Our daughter had the rigatoni bolognese. My fish fry was pretty good. Hot and crispy. Could have used a little more flavor but was enjoyable. The rice pilaf was horrible. Tastes rancid. Zero flavor. The bolegnese was okay. The sauce tasted overcooked. No robust flavor to it My husband thoroughly enjoyed his hamburger. Well cooked with good flavor. The mac cheese was excellent, recommended by the waitress. She mentioned it was made in house. I’d try visiting again. It has potential, perhaps I didn’t order the right thing."

"had mostly drinks here and some appetizers. eating was so-so and the drinks were very sweet, but the service was good and this location is really well maintained. it looked very present, the personal was as attentive as we had demanded, and there was something good business during the happy hour. nothing to write to home, but again I was impressed how nice this applebee was."
