"I wish I could describe how amazing their little outdoor seating oasis is. If you can go there on a summer night, do it. My husband and I stumbled upon this place while taking a walk, searching for a place to eat. After we passed their cute little outdoor seating area, I knew this was the place. Such cute ambiance, with the palms, and the flowers...not to mention the food was delicious. Good portions, and their pulled pork reminded me of pernil. Flan was SO good. Only thing was their tiramisu was served frozen. Not a fav when expecting a spongy, soft coffee cake type of texture and receing a frozen block. Once we let it thaw a bit, it did taste good. : So that saved it. Super deeeelish otherwise and the waitress was so pleasant."

"Imagine a mix of Shasta and Coke, then picture Denny's and Brandon's. That's the vibe I got from this place. It definitely had a family-oriented atmosphere, which I really appreciate. My only suggestion would be to add some bell peppers and onions to the home fries, but you can't have it all! If you're on a road trip along the 91, it's worth making a stop here, no matter which direction you're heading."

"Incredible mexican restaurant. Love the appetizers of chips and guac (spicy is hot! or the nopales. My favorite dishes here are the lengua burrito (burritos are wet style burritos that come with some delicious rice and beans and the chili rellenos. Can't go wrong with any of the Mexican choices. Unsure what the pizza is like but that's not why I come here. They also have a few beers available. A hidden gem i share here because I want them to prosper."

"This is a nice Mexican restaurant..there is indoor and outdoor seating. The service was excellent and the food was good . The salsa is delicious. Vegetarian options: The fried ice cream was excellent. The chips and salsa are great, especially the salsa! We also had taco salad and tamales. Both were good and I recommend the taco salad. My husband thought the tamales were okay but he had had better. Parking: Parking is available in the back . You may not find any available in the front. Kid-friendliness: I would call this a kid friendly place."

"Came here with my family of three asked for Chef's Special with scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon was burnt and the cheese for my eggs was not melted. I told the waitress that I did not want the meal. When getting ready to go and ask for bill for the other two meals the waitress asked me if I would like the meal I refused to go. I am shocked and have never been asked this before after refusing a meal. My food was not to my liking and I shouldn't be forced to eat or take food I do not want."

"I can't believe it! The prices at this restaurant have doubled since the last time I was here. It's now almost $16 for 3 tacos without rice or beans, and $15 for a burrito. That's outrageous. The food itself was average."

"I absolutely love this place! The manager is incredibly understanding. I mentioned that I have difficulty swallowing, which limits my food options. Because of that, I usually order the chicken mole plate, but with crushed chicken instead of the breast. He remembers my order by heart and always makes sure it's prepared just right. He's very courteous and ensures that I can enjoy what I'm ordering. If for any reason I can't eat it, he'll take it back, let me reorder, and won't charge me for it (although I still end up not paying for it). Just the other day, he mentioned that he loves waiting on tables, but he had to step in as manager instead. He is genuine and truly cares about his customers, which is a rare find and brings me back every time!"

"I do have one suggestion: it would be great if Mexican restaurants served their chips and salsa warm, as it really elevates the dining experience. We will definitely return to sample more dishes from the menu! I wanted to add a bit more to my review. On September 18, 2021, we came back to celebrate my husband's 66th birthday and brought his sister along, since we had been raving about this place to her. She lives just a short walk away but hadn’t visited until now. The young man working there was incredibly kind—he opened the door for us and helped us find a table that accommodated all of us, as my sister-in-law uses a wheelchair, my husband had a rollator, and I use a cane. The service was quick, and as always, the food was hot and absolutely amazing! My sister-in-law immediately fell in love with Arturo's, and they did not disappoint. She mentioned she would definitely come back and joked that if she could, she'd be there every day, wishing they would deliver to her since she would be ordering daily! Overall, we left as happy new customers. My husband was thrilled to celebrate his birthday in such a fantastic place with delicious food. Thank you!"

"My sisters were visiting from out of town and we were going to the magic show at 7. The website stated that you need to plan for an hour and a half for dinner so we made the reservations for 5. Once seated we were greeted multiple times by different wait staff. We got our food and drinks ordered. We expected to get our drinks and have time together before our food arrived. It seemed to take some time to get our drinks and about the time I was going to check on that, all of food arrived. This was not even 10 minutes from our ordering the food. There was a problem at the bar and drinks did finally show up. I talked with the manager about this—especially suspecting that the chimichanga was pre-made and reheated for service. It looked tired. He swore that all food was freshly made. The food was good, the mole' sauce was as good as I get in Mexico. The manager did present a free dessert for the service problems. But not wonderful enough for me to plan a return trip."

"Watch your debit card transactions!!!! They will add a tip when you do not. I paid for 3 takr home drinks. The horchata and 2 glass bottles, total was $13.11. Checked my bank account. Maria the lady who simply rang me out gave herself a $6 tip. Sad thing is, she was our waitress and we had already tipped her at the table. This is very dishonest. I called to ask for my money back and still haven’t received it. I will not be going back. What a shame. I’ve been going there for 10 years. I will not tip twice! WATCH YOUR CARD TRANSACTIONS!!! "This is a real success story. It started in a modest one unit space then expanded into a full restaurant without the usual pitfalls of loosing quality to get volume. The food is very good and the help is considerate and attentive. I was asked several times how it was going by someone besides my server. All this is not without cost and to be honest it 's on the high side for this type of cuisine but not to the point I felt taken advantage of. "Upon arrival for dinner, we ordered classic margaritas, which were served alongside the usual chips and salsa. Unfortunately, the chips seemed stale and the salsa was nothing extraordinary. The drinks were the only highlight of the meal, prompting us to leave. "I recently visited the restaurant and ordered a burrito, specifically asking for no cheese and no pico de gallo. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found both ingredients in my order. I called the restaurant to alert them of the mistake, and they agreed to prepare a new burrito for me, but only after confirming that I hadn't eaten the incorrect one, which I hadn't. I then had to wait an hour and a half for the replacement to arrive. When it finally did, it was cold and missing the sour cream I had paid an extra $2 for. To add to my frustration, after eating the burrito, I felt nauseous. Overall, I was extremely disappointed, especially since I spent $15 on a meal that felt more like it was worth $8. I don't plan on returning, although I will say that the green salsa was quite good."
