"I recently visited the restaurant and ordered a burrito, specifically asking for no cheese and no pico de gallo. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found both ingredients in my order. I called the restaurant to alert them of the mistake, and they agreed to prepare a new burrito for me, but only after confirming that I hadn't eaten the incorrect one, which I hadn't. I then had to wait an hour and a half for the replacement to arrive. When it finally did, it was cold and missing the sour cream I had paid an extra $2 for. To add to my frustration, after eating the burrito, I felt nauseous. Overall, I was extremely disappointed, especially since I spent $15 on a meal that felt more like it was worth $8. I don't plan on returning, although I will say that the green salsa was quite good."

I have dined at this restaurant twice, and on both occasions, I experienced outstanding and quick service. The waffles are absolutely amazing!

This restaurant has the best burgers in the LA area! I love that they use romaine lettuce instead of shredded iceberg. Whenever I have a craving for a burger, this is my go-to spot. View menu

I was thrilled by how delicious the ribeye was with the steak and eggs. The prices are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I immediately fell in love with this place on my very first visit.

I went in and ordered a burrito, requesting no cheese and no pico de gallo. However, when I got home, I discovered that my burrito had both cheese and pico. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they agreed to make me a new burrito, but only if I returned the original one, which I couldn't do. After waiting an hour and a half for the new burrito, I was left disappointed.

The experience was just okay. Based on the reviews, I expected something spectacular! However, the chicken in my tacos was dry, and the seasoning was off. The tortillas were stale as well. The chili cheese fries were decent but not the best I've had. The al pastor was also just okay and had quite a bit of fat. The salsa was overloaded with lime! As for customer service, it was mediocre; they hung up on me every time I called. Would I eat here again? Probably not, but I might consider giving it another try with a different dish from their extensive menu. View menu

**Parking:** If the restaurant is not busy, finding a parking space should be easy. **Drive-Thru:** As with any place, be sure to double-check your order, change, and condiments before you drive away. **Bathrooms:** You will need to ask for a key to access the restrooms. **Dine-In:** Your food will be brought to your table. If you need a different condiment than what is provided, just ask. There is ample seating available when it’s not too crowded, with tables for both larger groups and those for four. During my last visit, I also noticed that high chairs are available.

Be sure to double-check your orders! Unfortunately, it seems they don't do that. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru, I mistakenly trusted them. I could see the staff chatting and not really focused while I waited. When a female employee finally brought my order out, she confirmed it was mine. However, once I got home, I realized I had received someone else's order. I'm definitely going to dispute this charge with my bank! To make matters worse, they add a 50-cent "batch fee" for card transactions, which is ridiculous! I wasn't informed about this fee until I looked at the receipt—this feels misleading!

"I never leave bad reviews when I can help, but from our experience last night I only had to say for dinner as a whole was so disappointing, the least and after the output it was just a complete bill. if they come here for a nice dinner, they have great food or steaks please skip. go somewhere else food: we ordered the oysters, lobster bisque, bread basket (the btw is) and the tomahawk steak with sides. the entire meal was nothing special, characterized by the fact that even though our server always say that its just come out of the often his hot we have the broth basket roomtemp and the lobster bisque as a think. none of them were served hot. I give these stars only because of the tomahawk steak in the middle well, it was delicious. it was a hope that it would be good, right? we ordered the familiar and the brussels sprouts, but it came out, served on small dust sacks. small portions. a little taste. Note: they no longer serve the special measurable and sauce for any steak order. bummer ambiance service: la boucherie is on the floor of the hotel so that the prospects in the night are amazing. server were nice and polite. they were attentive and very professional. everything in all, if I can turn back the time, I wouldn't be here at all. the evening has lost its elegance and prices do not justify the disappointing food. I hope they can fix this and bring back the old la boucherie charme and aromen."
