And what other restaurant or store charges you .85 if you pay with a card??? NO OTHER! is the answer. I said something about it and the big bad dude at tried to excuse it by saying the portions are bigger. What?? No, that 's not how it works. Then he said, Blame Biden . Huh?? Seriously?? And he repeated it. Amazing. Yeah, you can try to blame him (or Trump or Putin or Covid) for every little thing you have to complain about but that doesn 't fly in this case. It 's your greed that is driving that ridiculous charge, nothing else. So I gladly walked out of there and went right across the street to good old Compadres Chicken where I was greeted with a friendly smile by their lovely and kind ladies and I knew I 'd made the right choice. I paid an amount that was about 30% LESS than Sayulitas for virtually the same dish and was happy to be treated like an appreciated customer, not an annoyance. I asked what the additional charge was for using a card to pay, of course the answer was NONE! And that came as no surprise whatsoever. So, sayonara, Sayulitas.
