The fried items, particularly the war su guy (breaded fried chicken) and the crab Rangoon, were excessively dark—not from being burnt, but due to the oil clearly needing to be changed. Usually, the potstickers are decent, but the three bites I took revealed small, hard bits that looked like bone. I couldn’t overlook that unexpected texture, and after some others tried them and agreed, we ended up throwing them away.
On a brighter note, the rice was perfect this last time. My older son said the sesame chicken was just okay, and while the war su guy sauce was quite good, it couldn’t mask the greasy taste of the chicken. "
