"The contrast between Mark Pi’s and our new go-to restaurant is striking. The fried items, particularly the war su guy (breaded fried chicken) and the crab Rangoon, were excessively dark—not from being burnt, but due to the oil clearly needing to be changed. Usually, the potstickers are decent, but the three bites I took revealed small, hard bits that looked like bone. I couldn’t overlook that unexpected texture, and after some others tried them and agreed, we ended up throwing them away. On a brighter note, the rice was perfect this last time. My older son said the sesame chicken was just okay, and while the war su guy sauce was quite good, it couldn’t mask the greasy taste of the chicken. "

The Szechuan Lunch Entrée with beef and Mark Pi's Famous Egg Roll are consistently delicious! This is the best Asian food in Zanesville.

I typically get the Mongolian Chicken here. I've tried several dishes and landed on this as a go-to favorite. Food can be a tab bit salty on occasion. Always kind, no frills service.

I called before ordering and asked if yellow or brown gravy. they said yellow. I received a spicy brown for the wor su gai. wasn't horrible but not what I ordered. their food is really pricey though. View menu

the service is in order, the entrees are easy to order. the roasted rice is cooked with the eggs over hard, so that the ice takes over the dish and not too many sweet. also no spring rollers, only eier rollers. I didn't say it.

This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in town! It's the most amazing Chinese food I've ever had. Everything is cooked to perfection and tastes incredible. After trying this for the first time, I can confidently say I won't be going anywhere else again. The prices are also reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes.

charling Chinese restaurant for 30 years. my favorite orange cow. as large pieces of bark, was very tasteful with slices orange peel in a light citrus sauce. that was not mark pis orange bark. very small part. small pieces of bark drowned in a too sweet brown sauce. I thought it was suppe. no orange zitrus taste at all. I just tasted like sugar. View menu

Stopped in during Covid while traveling, food came out decently quick. Ordered the General Chicken, but ate in the car since I was traveling. Food was good, not overly fantastic, but better than many places I've had General Chicken. Prices were pretty good, service was quick, lots of orders being picked up. Would consider returning to try some more items if I pass thru there again.

This place is going down hill fast. We have to ask them to heat COLD soup every time. No sauce on the food. Chicken tasted old Waitress had no other tables and we had to flag her down for anything we needed. The quality of the food the last few times has been awful. Shrimp so small you can barely tell what they are. And the owners children should not be bothering the customers. Won’t be going back to a place I have loved for years. Very sad
