"Traveling through Richmond with my husband who eats gluten and dairy free. We found Ming's Dynasty and ordered the vegetable lomein and were prepared to expect the usual sub par soggy rice noodles with few vegetables. Not! We got a healthy and copious amount of a variety of broccoli, corn, snow peas, bok choy, nearly blackened mushrooms all delicately and mildly seasoned to perfection. All was perfectly cooked.Our one decent Chinese restaurant closed in Baltimore and we've been so disappointed here ever since. How refreshing to enjoy such a nice meal today.
