"I have been so disappointed with the service the last 3 times that I have visited my local DQ. Tonight, May 10 around 9:15pm, I decided to order inside the restaurant, as the drive thru line had 6 cars parked in the line. While I waited inside to place my order, the manager on duty and a young employee began a shouting match. At this point, I refused to eat here as the priority of the associates has obviously shifted from customer service to their own agenda. As I left, I noticed that not only did the inside lines not move, but the drive thru line did not move either. The past couple of times I have visited at the drive thru, I have waited at the drive up window for DQ associates to finish their texting conversations on their phones and socializing with other associates, before taking my payment and placing my order. I really hope the owner of my small town DQ will implement some type of customer service training for their employees as the Staff sets the tone for the customers."
