"We wanted to get the traditional Bavarian feel, so we went here for dinner. Went around 6pm. Scared initially when we were told of a 1hr 15 min wait, but we were able to register quickly and in about 30 mins, we were seated so dont be discouraged if you are given a longer waiting time. Its also convenient that the booking is sent to you by text and another text is sent when table is ready we can walk around the markets on the lower level while we wait. Restaurant has a totally different feel to it. It is such a large dining hall, and it felt very nice to be comfortably seated, and served dinner. Quite relaxing after a day of walking around. We had amazing service, and the uniformed staff and the process of using a small stool to park the food while the table is laid out was new for us to see. Very pleased with the service thank you very much Chloe. We ordered the Chicken Schnizel and the Family style chicken dinner. Both were good. The only feedback I would like to provide is that for the Family Style Chicken dinner the overall quantity of food is huge, and I would go so far as to say, too much for any individual to consume for a meal. From a perspective of avoiding food waste, maybe some of the items that come with the chicken should be choose 2 or choose 3 basis, and priced accordingly. That way the diners could choose something they would eat for sure, and avoid wasting the rest. Otherwise excellent experience."
