"My wife and I love to eat here because of the quality and authenticity of the food. We just moved to the area and have not had one single meal here that we did not absolutely love. All the Chinese is perfectly authentic, as is the Thai and Japanese and it's hard to believe that they got it all right in the same place, but they did. We write a lot of reviews on here and we strongly encourage you to give them a try because you'll always go back. Also, the prices are modest enough to lend themselves to take out via door dash or similar. We love to dine in, but when we can't, we take out! "I met a business associate for lunch, and made reservations. According to the restaurant listing (The staff will seat you even if you don't have reservations, but apparently the place is well known and well regarded so reservations are a good idea). The staff was very friendly and courteous (even gave me driving directions once I was close by, since I am new to the area and had never been there). The food tasted great (She crab soup was very good) and we had to wait less than 10 minutes before the rest of our meal was served. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently we were served. The atmosphere was very classy, elegant and lighting and decor were pleasant. The wait staff were all wearing button up shirts, ties and white aprons, and they were friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food prices were quite reasonable, and I would say that overall it was a great dining experience. Certainly, this is one of the nice restaurants in the Triangle area. I highly recommend it!"

"When placing an order, the online menu said that the kids Sweet and Sour chicken came with “French rice”. I’ve never heard of French rice before, but to guarantee that the food came with white rice, I also made sure to write it in the comments “white rice for this order”.When the food was picked up, the kids sweet and sour chicken came with French fries (not white rice). Further, the sweet and sour chicken came without any sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. With this one item, the restaurant failed twice. I’m greatly disappointed at the restaurant ignoring the verification for white rice and just failing to include the sauce that is supposed to come with the Sweet and Sour Chicken."

"It was my birthday and I arrived in black accessorized in gold with my husband. I had the Spicy Tuna Roll as my appetizer while he had the Seaweed salad, absolutely delicious!! Following that, I had my entree of their infamous Pad Thai with Shrimp while drinking on some Merlot and my husband had the Grilled Chicken entree with white rice along with 2 sauces of Cilantro and Teriyaki while drinking Pinot Noir. The ambience is beautiful with soft neon lighting and the staff was very warm and inviting. Before receiving our bill, they brought out their tasteful funnel cake with dipping sauce in celebration of my birthday. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a beautiful night in the downtown district of Ft Lauderdale, FL!"

"Our experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. We waited 45 minutes after being seated for our reservation just to receive water and have our order taken. Then, we had to wait another 30 minutes for our drinks from the bar. Our appetizers finally arrived after an hour and a half, but we still didn't have any silverware, so we had to flag down a staff member to bring us some, along with napkins. It took a total of 2 hours for our main courses to arrive, and one of the meals had to be sent back because it was cold. Given this experience, we will definitely not be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for dining suggestions in the area."

"I would consider this an overpriced restaurant, with average cuisine and poor customer service Beware of take out. They did not check my order for correctness. I live 1 minutes away and I like my food hot, so I got there a few minutes earlier than they suggested. I paid and waited since they stated order was not ready. I still managed to get cold food! Also, beware of allergies also as they did not care of my complaint that the shrimp ingredient as appetizer can be easily overlooked on the menu and the order taker did not point out. Furthermore if the shrimp was an appetizer, why the h... would they dump it with the rest of the entrée. For me being allergic to shellfish, it made the whole meal inedible. I was also disappointed by the chicken fried rice and biting into small gritty shards which I later assumed were either eggshells or small shards from a broken plate. I could get over most of this, but find myself motivated and disappointed enough to write a review due to lack of concern or empathy and from the restaurant staff and management. I called back as soon as I got home to my hungry guests and discovered the issues. The call taker seemed unconcerned about the shrimp incident or my dislike for having dumped an appetizer in the same container as the entrée. the caller mentioned a manager would call me back. 2 days waiting and I received no call! I would add the photos but I think the point that i will be spending my money elsewhere next time.!"

"This was always my Chinese food takeout restaurant. I hadn't been there for awhile. Warm weather I tend to do lots of grilling. I ordered our usual takeout. Found out that for $1.00 you don't get wonton soup. My husband and daughter had beef with broccoli. It was all broccoli and carrots and very little beef. Rice came with the beef. I had chicken and mixed vegetables. Mostly broccoli and carrots. No Chinese vegetables and very little chicken. I ordered 1small won ton. They didn't include the noodles and duck sauce. Only 3 small packets of soy sauce. The bill was $52.00. If I didn't have $48. left on a gift card I received for my birthday, I wouldn't return. A 3 star is being very generous. I'm hoping that it was an off night and maybe had some fill in cook."

We first waited 20 mins to be seated (to be expected), the front person seated us w/ another family after us saying multiple times were NOT together. I know at hibachi you sit w/ ppl youdon?t know sometimes; but this party was Large. My family I had to squeeze in keep shifting around. After waiting another 20mins for our drink order, we were told we had to move to another table bc the one we were at was broken?. This is what?sIMPORTANT; after being seated I saw signs that says Hibachi experience is an additional 18%, using a debit/credit is anadditional 3.5% (who uses cash in 2022) When I asked why 18%, I was told because the Chefs don?t make much this is their tip.Speaking as a Chef, I think it?s absurd that the customers has to pay 18% more, bc this establishment is TOO CHEAP to pay theircooks a living wage. (YES I BELIEVE IN TIPPING, But I should decide how much to tip) FYI, Before you order you?re already paying21.5%? The Chef was nice, friendly professional. The soup was very good packed with flavor. The entree was good, the veggieswas tender. Due to the 21.5% I can?t see myself coming back?"

"Very disappointed with the rude service and the mediocre food. My husband took me here for my birthday last night, we were both so excited for the sushi since the reviews online were so high. Right after we were seated the atmosphere just felt so off to us. Our waitress started us off by asking for drinks and she seemed so cold and rude but we figured maybe she was having a bad day and continued to be polite with her. The food was alright but honestly I think I 've had Kroger sushi that tasted better than this. She gave us less than a minute to look at the menu and kept coming back and telling us to order. I had to pick something at random since she didn 't give us any time. During our whole dining experience she continued to be rude and cold, barely talking to us and looking at us. I only figured something was off when I noticed her talking kindly with the other tables she had around us, laughing and making light conversation. But every time she came back to us she seemed so upset and couldn 't even make eye contact. She never once refilled our drinks or even asked if we wanted a refill. And she was never around for us to ask for one ourselves. When we were done eating and sitting there with empty plates for about 15 minutes, another waitress noticed our table and said something to our waitress who then she came over said one check or two? I said one and she came back with the check, tossed it in front of me, and immediately starting cleaning up the table in front of us. I was waiting until she was done so I could hand the check to my husband but as soon as she had grabbed all the dishes she took the check and sort of slapped down it in front of him and said pay. Then waited as he rushed to find his card. She came back with his card and receipt, said nothing and left. We sat there for a while looking at each other and wondering what we had done wrong. We 'd been so polite and normal we couldn 't figure out what had just happened. Needless to say, we won 't be coming back."

"When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the girl who answered said her manager was beside her and overheard my complaint. She mentioned that when the ribs come without sauce, they tend to burn. While I understand that, I still think it's unacceptable. The ribs were burned regardless of the sauce. The person responsible for packing the food should have known better than to send out what I received. What if I were allergic to sauce? Would that mean I have to settle for burned food? It's very disappointing because I had enjoyed their food before and was looking forward to ordering again. It’s especially frustrating since they didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue."

"For you people living in this area that haven't visited SriThai This restaurant is definitely worth the drive!!! Yesterday we drove up from Central Florida (Dunnellon) and after Checking in to the hotel and other appointments we went to Google lookingfor Rating and Local Guide Reviews for the best Thai restaurant near where we are staying. SriThai didn't have the top ratingbut did have the most appealing menu and photos. We couldn't decide what we wanted to dine on so we ordered six appetizers andhot Ginger and Honey Tea. Our Server was fantastic and so was the food!!! We will be going back again before returning home toFlorida. "I visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon around 3 PM. Although it's situated in a strip mall, don't let the exterior deter you. The interior is actually very pleasant and stylish. We chose seats at the sushi bar and ordered the Maki Roll Bento Box Lunch Special, along with a special roll from the menu. Everything was absolutely delicious—definitely some of the best sushi I've had in years. I would highly recommend this place!"
