"I have never been treated quite as rudely as I was the night that seven friends and I went here for dinner. We were treated as if we were second class by the server and management. We left after a drink and looking over the menu. I have eaten in some fine restaurants, many in NYC, that were finer than this one. However, they were as they say in the south ;uppity ;, myself I considered their attitude pompous and self important. You want RUDE and impolite... then by all means go here for a meal. Take your friends so that they can experience it too. It was charming to be treated as if you were sitting below the salt. Everyone should have this feeling in a place they intended to spend an evening with friends. DONT MISS IT."

Very nice experience. It was my wife and I first time here. Our waitress Britain,(hope I didn’t butcher your name) was excellent. Very nice, professional, and attentive. I’m sorry I don’t remember the Manager’s name, but she was awesome as well. Food was very good as well.

First time going and the food was absolutely great! Food came in at good timing and spaced out the appetizer, drinks, and full entree very well! Wasn’t cluttered and was able to enjoy every meal and drink throughly! Great customer service! Waiter made sure we was 100% okay and needs/wants were met! Great experience! My husband and I went to the Chophouse for our anniversary and had a very pleasant experience. The mood was very romantic with the lit candle, the dimmed lights and the quiet music playing in the background. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating and the food was fabulous. All in all, the Chophouse comes highly recommended by both my husband and myself for any occasion.

The waitress forgot the two sides that came with my meal. I reminded her and then she only brought one of them. I had to ask her for the second side again and did not get an apology when it was brought to the table. I had the vegetable pasta. It was buried in garlic. I think the wait staff should have warned me about ALL the garlic. It was almost a joke how much there was (several cloves worth). The waitress never asked if everything was okay. Water was rarely replenished. I am not excited to go back.
