"I had pointed out that the occasion was for my partner and my jubilee. from the moment we check on our repentance, we were greeted by the employees who congratulate us on our jubilee. all employees were warm, personal and professional, and they all helped make the night a beautiful experience. our waiter, sonny, was friendly, charismatic and very knowledgeable in the menu and in the location to ask the few menu-related questions that we asked him to answer thoroughly. our steaks were excellent and I highly recommend saving space for the cocoscake dessert. I would definitely recommend grill 23, especially for those who celebrate a special occasion."

We waiting long just to get menus, and 45 minutes to get our apps. the waiter was not informed about the ingredients, if you have an dietary restrictions this is not the place to go. We special ordered simple sautéed vegetables and they brought two plates vs one and charged us $46"

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter, on his own initiative, brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate. We will come back in any case."

"We dined here to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly fantastic! I enjoyed the scallops, which were cooked to perfection. My date tried the special—New Zealand lamb—and it was beautifully prepared, complemented by crispy polenta cakes. The cocktails were both fun and delicious; I ordered the peach and Choung, which came with a charming lavender garnish that added a playful touch to the name. Heather, our server, was wonderful—knowledgeable and patient as she explained the menu selections. We also savored a lovely bottle of wine. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée, which was delightful, but the goat cheese berry cheesecake was my absolute favorite! The ambiance was lovely, making it the perfect place to celebrate."

"beautiful place. bad signage that it does not lead to the separate building for the harvest restaurant- directly, is located all the way behind hotel a hershey. but there are parking nearby when you can find it. that was okay. we had salate (lunch time,) one with squash and the apple harvest. we both thought the dressings were very bland (milkish) and taste could be revealed."

"On New Year's Eve, my friends and I decided to try out this restaurant that we had heard so much about. The atmosphere was lively and festive, with decorations everywhere and a live band playing music. The food was absolutely delicious - I had the seafood pasta and it was cooked to perfection. The service was also top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a great way to ring in the New Year. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special dining experience."

"Ratings looked great. Pictures looked amazing. I walked into the restaurant with my client. We sat down on the wicker chairs listening to the boom box in the background. Waited 45 minutes after the appetizers arrived before ordering dinner. The salmon and lamb wasn’t fresh, food was salty, and then ended the night paying a $500 tab for three very unsatisfied people. Not to mention a total disappointment ending in a sincere apology to my client."

"Had dinner here 7/9/21. The upstairs dining room was incredibly loud and lacked ambiance. Server was aloof, disorganized, repeatedly forgot items and had to return to the table multiple times to ask what we had just ordered. Dirty dishes piled up on the table throughout service. Server had to be reminded repeatedly that we had waited upwards of 15 minutes for things like wine glasses and clean silverware. The dish prices are easily among the highest in Memphis andunfortunately nothing about the experience warrants it. Over $30 for chicken and risotto. $19 for a cheese plate with effectively nothing on it other than four basic cheeses, some crackers and some pickled green beans. The grilled octopusappetizer is billed at $20 see the photos for what that buys you. At the end of the night our table spent upwards of $600 on a dinner that simply did not come close in any capacity to warranting that price. I attempted to reach out tomanagement and received no response. Will not be dining here again, and would not recommend."

"My companion and I made a reservation for 2 people at 8:30pm. Upon our arrival, the extremely friendly server informed us that the kitchen closes at 8:30. We showed her our reservation, which also had additional availability for 9pm. She took a screenshot of the open table app showing the availability and mentioned that she would inform the manager as the information on the app was incorrect. She assured us that they would keep the kitchen open to accommodate us. We enjoyed our meal and promptly left the restaurant."

We dined at the Fulton yesterday on May 28th at 8 and the host 1st didn't seat us in the dining room arealike I requested in my reservations that I made weeks ago. I was puzzled that she didn't read my reservation notes but I justasked to seat us in dining room and it was no problem there. She was kind and accommodating. She did at a two seating table. Weare big food orders. We usually order 3 appetizers, an entrée, then dessert... we need a nice size table to handle our foods.When the appetizers arrived there was absolutely no room to even place our earing plates on the table. The 2 table seats on thebottom 1st floor of the dining room are too small for us. So we asked the waiter to seat us at another table a 4 seater table)so it could accommodate us. He didn't accommodate us because all the tables that were empty he said people of 4s may be comingto fill those seats. It sounded logical be we still had to adjust out whole table just to eat. But we said okay. The problemcame when the empty table by us that we requested earlier was now being seated by only two people that didn't even order as muchas we did but they came later than us and was seated there. That did not sit well with us and kinda was annoyed the rest of thedinner. The food again continues to be superb and amazing. The ambience is always magical but lastnight we were kind ofdisappointed that the service didn't accommodate us. I thought that it was a bit bias that a table we earlier requested wasdenied because the table was set up for 4 and that we were only two, and that same table just 10 mins later was seated by thehost a party of 2. I would give my experience a 5 star like I usually experience. But lastnight unfortunately"

"our waitress never really came to check us. we had to get the host to get her. (there were only a few people in the restaurant) the sun seemed right in our face and we tried to close the curtains and could not quite find out what we did and 2 employees went by and looked at us, but did not offer to help and it was absolutely ice cold there. eating was so good that the other problems would not stop me from coming back. I recommend the sushi afteros! so delicious."

"overall I liked aurora ristorante. the service was very good julia friendly and attentive. the short coming were in the food. the taste of the lobster bisque was good, but it was too thick. I prefer more of a creamy texture that bordered on a thick, lumpy engraving. we chose the cream beacon. again the taste was good, but the texture of the custard left much to wish. on a more positive note, our entrees were excellent: kalbsschnittel parmigiana and the salmon special. I'd go back, but skip the bisque and cream."

"This Sunday brunch was quite the disappointment. The music was very loud that we were talking over each other. We arrived at 11am thinking the buffet would be fully stocked. The displays of the food looked minimal and like there was a crowd before us, and there wasn 't. The dessert table was a bowl of cut up fruit, plain yogurt and cheese cake squares. We expected danish, and a variety of breakfast breads and desserts, per the website. We had to ask for more bacon, salmon and the crab cake benedict that we all looked forward to was SO dry. We got up and ask the bar for salt and pepper and we also got our own carafe of water. The disappointment was in the variety of food and the lack of it in a buffet setting, everyone we spoke to in the buffet line made mention of that. The Cesear salad was soaked in dressing and wilted, the meat and cheese platter were sparse, desserts minimal. The last disappointment was they ran out of decaf coffee. How does a restaurant run out of decaf and why wasn 't someone sent to the store to get some? We settled for decaf tea, which we were charged for. It should have been comp 'd since there wasn 't any coffee. For the price of the meal, which my bills was $119, and my friends was higher because there was more people on his tab, it was NOT worth it. This was a special occasion with people in from out of town, VERY disappointed. I won 't be going back or bringing anyone there"
