"Great place to come for a special occasion only since you will be seated with the best table with a view. The first time I came, the waiter took us right up on the elevator. However, this time, the hostess took us up by stairs. Strange outcome for both times. The first floor is loud. However, the 2nd floor is much quieter if you want a nice, secluded and romantic even experience. It has better views than sitting on the 1st. The hostess tried to seat us on the 1st, actually, but my bf was not having it. The hostess did not seem easy to get along with she was not trying to please customers right away. My bf had mentioned he wouldn't be sitting on the first floor, and then the hostess sat us on the 2nd. What an unpleasant start off, actually. The first time I came, the host was professional and easy. This is our 2nd time coming here at this location, and it is the only Jean George restaurant that I've been to that has a brunch menu, Jojo was below average, however, I thought The fulton Jean did it right so we came back 2nd. My bf and I came here for Xmas Eve brunch. As requested, they sat us on the 2nd floor by a side facing view of the bk Bridge. The first time, we both were able to see the bk bridge. This time, only I was able to view it. Lol Our waiter was kind but spoke so fast with the drink menu, tbh I had no idea what he said and asked him to repeat it. We ordered the shrimp tacos and warm octopus, I really loved the shrimp tacos, which was a bit on the spicy side, My bf, however, said it was very spicy for him and took out the sauce lol that they spread in them lol. The octopus we had it the first time we visited was so amazing, so I had to order it again, and this time, I did not think it tasted as zesty as it did our first. For our main, I ordered lobster tail, and the presentation was perfectly laid out. However, it was served cold, and it came with in-house made chips. I usually do not eat all the chips, but these were so tasty I ended up eating all. Lobster Tail was just good lol but not great since it was served cold. Clearly, the bun was not toasted, and there was no attention to detail. My bf had the cheeseburger that came with fries and dipping sauce. The only thing was he asked for medium, but he said it was well done and was too dry. Lol. my bf is an amazing chef, so he knows immediately what's off. There were no customers in here for Xmas Eve bunch now we know why. Try harder."

An incredible selection of chocolates, pastries, grab-and-go options, and sit-down dining areas.

The food is good, and The Fulton is certainly safe place to recommend. The establishment is visually appealing. However the atmosphere is a bit loud to my liking. I definitely recommend you visit the Tin afterwards.

Great view by water with Brooklyn bridge. Petty Crab very good. Fish and crisp the bean too salty, if you like fry food will like the crispy fish and crispy shredded potato stick, for me to much oily. The potion of fish is big. View menu

Horrible restaurant. Cannot be worse. I can do much better home made food than all of dishes here. Just horrible… i don’t even know where to start. Newbie waiters, bad food qualities, cannot be worse deserts… is this place really a bar?

The Fulton had truly delicious food and excellent vibes on the patio! I recommend the shrimp cocktail, warm octopus with mozzarella, lobster scrambled eggs (with gluten free bread), and the shrimp burger. The cocktails were enjoyable but substantially overpriced. View menu

Such a stunning restaurant with incredible views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the water. We came for a friends birthday dinner and everything we ordered was perfect. We started with the fresh heirloom tomatoes, the crispy calamari was lightly breaded and delicious, and the kale and arugula salad. For dinner we had the Black Sea bass and faroe island salmon which was so fresh and light.Such a stunning restaurant with great service and can’t wait to come back. Definitely a nice place to celebrate something and take people from out of town. The salmon was very fresh and flaky with a nice light sauce.

Yesterday I had dinner at The Fulton. Food is good and tasty. Chef is creative. Loved it. But Be careful when paying the bill. I encountered some inconvenience with it. The waitress made a mistake by giving me another table’s bill cost around 450$ (double my bill) then after I told her it’s a mistake (even though I never had such experience in all my life in all the countries and all the restaurants I have visited in my life), she gave me my bill which also was charged extra as well so I told her there’s also another mistake with an item I did not order and finally she got the correct final bill. That was unprofessional and it felt like a scam and am not sure if they thought I am a tourist s...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
