"We celebrated our anniversary here and had the most AMAZING experience! The staff was absolutely amazing. We sat in the bar area and had Cole as our server. He was so knowledgeable of the entire menu and had recommendations. From the tuna to start, to the cocktail selections, along with the steak and sides. Plus he made sure we got the pineapple dessert which was not only a beautiful presentation but so delicious I highly recommend the tuna, snake River farms ribeye pave, the fried rice, truffle Mac n cheese and of course the pineapple dessert! The staff was all so friendly and stopped by to wish a happy anniversary! Everything we had was incredible and we canât wait for our next trip to Scottsdale to come back to this special spot! Also shoutout to Cheyenne, the sweetest supervisor who kept checking in on us, making great recommendations as well. She was lovely and made sure we had the perfect anniversary evening! Our first time at Bourbon Steak but not our last!"

"For starters, we selected a reservation via Open Table for a standard seating, but we’re seated at the bar; do not know why! Then, the tables for two in the bar area are so close, that the severs almost sit over the next table to serve us! Another issue is that I don’t know why the prices are so high, while the portions of food are very small and not hot enough, to the point I had to give my wife some of my lobster from the ravioli I ordered, as her Stone Crab and Chitarra had only three small pieces of crab (with residues of hard shell that almost caused my wife to lose a molar . Also, my wife ordered a starter that they came and told us later they did not have it, so she had to order something different. They should had take out of the menu. Drinks were very expensive (one small cup of Pinot Noir cost $22, while my scotch a 14 year old Balvinie, was $30, and the portion was really not even an ounce, although I ordered it neat! . The valet parking was really good and the parking attendant was very kind person! All in all, the only thing we really liked of the dinner time was what we got to see from the physical place, and the attention of our server, which was awesome! Nothing else was up to our standards…and we are used to go to really good places! We don’t plan to go again!"

"We are in town for New Years and a Chiefs game. Bristol’s was recommended by our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint. We made reservations for 6 top and arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated promptly. Adam was our waiter and was amazing. He is the reason for a solid 5 stars. He made great recommendations for us, kept our drinks filled at all times and cleared our table quickly after we finished with a serving. We started with cauliflower, calamari and oysters for appetizers. All three were very good, but the cauliflower stole the show. It was so good. Secondly, 3 of us had Cesar salads and they were great. The dressing is made fresh daily and it makes all the difference. My husband ordered the bisque and he was nice enough to swap with me halfway through because I loved the bisque when I tried his. For entrees we had a variety of things off the menu. One member of our party had the Tuna and said it was exceptionally good. Another had the filet and crab cake and loved both. He commented on the crab cake being the best he has ever had. Another member had the KC strip and said the flavor was great, but the steak was on the tough side. Another member had the chicken, it was a large serving and was very flavorful and good. The potatoes were a standout on this dish. I had the sea bass and it was okay. I’ve had better, but it was still pretty good. I didn’t finish all of it. It was. Bite rubbery and I probably wouldn’t order it again if I went back. Our last member decided on the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good, but not a stand out. Lastly we had cream brûlée for dessert. We are a bit of hard judges when it comes to crème brûlée and we would give this a 7/10. It needed a bit more toasting on the top. Over all we had a great evening with great friends along with exceptional serves from Adam. We will definitely come back if ever in KC."

"After living in Houston for 40 years this restaurants has achieved my worst of all time for all cities I have visited. We had a 6pm reservation and arrived 8 minutes early. The Owner would not let us wait inside and made out leave the restaurant. It was 102 degrees out. My wife told the Owner it was ridiculous we couldn't just sit at a table and wait 8 minutes. He got rude and obnoxious with her. First restaurant we left after 2 minutes. If this post keeps one person from going to this terrible establishment, then the post has been successful. I guess since its a French restaurant they think they have the right to be rude. We walked down to Navy Blue, had no reservations and received great food and service. Avoid Rabelais at all cost unless you enjoy being in France and treated rudely. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"My wife and I have returned (are we glutons for punishment? after a bad meal with really nasty service, about 1 year ago. We thought maybe they saw the light and fixed the problems. It's as bad as ever. The waiting staff is still sniffing and at the same time ignorant about the wine list. The Maitre D ' does not seem to respect the reservation list, to put us in a bad table when explicitly promised a large table where we specified. The food was seasoned and the port was not fresh. The salad was devastated, and we went before dessert and had enough of this place. Without a total change in management and menu, this classic place becomes dump, the sooner the better."

"We had the most wonderful dinner with friends. The food was fantastic, the cocktails were top notch and as always, we had impeccable service. We always do! We have been coming to this restaurant for years (back when it was Trio) and always love having El as our waiter. He is absolutely phenomenal. Joe, the sommelier always makes sure we are taken care of as well. The whole team there is amazing! My husband had the rack of lamb which was cooked as requested: medium rare, as it should be! The whipped potatoes and Brussels sprouts were a great size for 4 adults to share. Mind you, 4 adults who also had a couple of amazing appetizers as well. We got the house rolls and empanadas. Yummy! The house rolls are served warm with sides of butter and honey. Can’t go wrong with anything you order, it is always cooked to perfection. Others have said this place is overpriced but honestly it is The Four Seasons in downtown Austin, of course it is going to be pricey."

"Amazing salsa !! Great service and a fun environment !!! But they need better cooks with more than one style of cooking who know how NOT to overcook all the meat they offer. ALL dishes taste very similar! All with burnt burn marks on "whatever" meat, mixed with similar spices and all well done to finish cooking. The burned cremation, like a fajitas, but for every dish? This is the second time that I had to come here with the same results ... I refuse the next time I am invited ... Maybe have a drink because the mood is good and fun ... she just need better cooks ..."

"I look for restaurants that have Dover Sole Meunière in their menus, so I found Jubilee. It's a French restaurant on 1st Ave 52 Street. The Dover Sole Meunière was very delicious; I really liked it. But it's the attentiveness of the host and the server that completed the experience for me. I asked for a booth and I was given a booth in a hospitable manner. That got me to feel comfortable in the place! I also ordered the Duo of French White and Green Asparagus upon the server's recommendation. It's from the daily specials, and it was pleasing to my eyes as well as tasty. I wish the butternut squash soup didn't have chicken broth and the fish soup didn't contain alcohol! (Hopefully, they read my review and make the changes) Still, I highly recommend this restaurant for its ambience, service, and the Dover Sole Meunière!"

"The restaurant is quite dark and the background music is a bit too loud for my liking. We started with the fried chicken as an appetizer, which was incredibly juicy and delicious. The collard greens were also surprisingly tasty, even for someone who doesn't usually enjoy vegetables. I couldn't find a drink on the menu that I liked, so I asked the waiter to make me a pineapple upside down cocktail, which was strong and satisfying. My friends shared a tomahawk steak, which was a bit too fatty for my taste, but they enjoyed it. I opted for the bone-in rib eye, which was good but needed a bit more seasoning. I need to figure out whether I prefer wet-aged or dry-aged steaks in the future. For dessert, I had sorbet while the others had chocolate cake that was a bit dry. Overall, Oak Steakhouse is a great spot for steaks and I will definitely be returning in the future."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"we arrived early for our reservation, but we were not up to 25 minutes after our reservation for two people. our waitress has barely checked on our table and consistently checked on a sixth top right next to us. we placed our order right at sitting and waited 35 minutes on our appetizers of brot and then did not get our main food until 2 hours after our reservation time. eating was great, but it wasn't worth waiting. it did not help the situation at all that their card machine did not work at the end of the meal, so we had to hand out our card information. overall very disappointing experience and was about to go up and down."

"The food was the real deal at Ada's. We started with the mushroom pizza, which was delicious. My dining partners enjoyed their gemelli pasta made with pesto, pistachio, and peas, and I enjoyed the short rib pappardelle. The pasta dishes were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The service, however, did not match the superb quality of the food. Much of the evening our server was missing in action. After taking our drink order we rarely saw her until the end of the evening with our bill. The manager took our order as she could see we were waiting and looking around for our server. The other negative was the noise level being so high our group had to basically shout across the table to converse."

"This is specifically for their Easter brunch. There was hardly any breakfast items except for an omelette station with only two burners, eggs Benedict (with meat so if you don’t eat that you couldn’t) and horchata French toast which is not exactly kid friendly. We had to have the lovely lady at the omelette station make some plain eggs for her. The rest was very appropriate fare for lunch but not at 930am. We also got a call the day before that our table was outside. I asked if she knew which exact table and she said yes. Turns out we were in the corner, it was freezing and the inside had plenty of tables. In addition we had to ask for toast from our server who would bring one slice at a time. Maybe a few more items like breakfast potatoes, quiche, oatmeal like other competitor hotels were offering would have been better. I only looked this up after the fact."

"Absolutely hands down the worst place I have ever gambled in my life! I’ve been to many casinos, including local, other states, Vegas, etc. and have never seen such tight machines. I should have believed the many reviews posted here. I didn’t even see anyone win anything higher than $20-$40. They were not short of customers though, that’s for sure! They still have all the plexi glass up between players and dealers at the tables. Come on! Ridiculous! I could not talk to my husband next to me nor interact with other players, which really took the fun out of even playing. I couldn’t understand the dealer as he was wearing a mask on the other side of the plexi glass. This alone will stop me from ever going back to this casino. The waitress did not come around for a long time so I tried to go to a bar and buy our drinks there. I was only allowed to purchase one beer at a time and couldn’t get one for my husband who was at the tables playing! Our players cards did not work the entire time we were there and every time we went to the club desk to tell them they would just say their system was being “glitchy” or tell us they should work now (and they didn’t), so we earned zero points for playing for 2 days. We also tried to status match my husband’s Caesars Diamond status as advertised on their website, and again, they were unable to do that for 2 days because their system was “down”. Looking at the benefits, I guess it wouldn’t matter anyways! Free parking in their garage and 20% off at the Hard Rock store (if you pay cash only) wasn’t exactly a status match! The room was $500+/night in the middle of the week! Thank goodness the room was VERY nice. It was small but had a great layout and worked well for our needs, but not $500 worth! We stayed in the East Tower. Very new and very clean. We ate at the Res and the food was amazing. Service was top notch and we tipped well as it was deserved. We also ate at Hard Rock Café. The service was good. It was hit or miss as one day the food was good the next day my wings were so bad I couldn’t eat them. I ordered Buffalo Wings and received something that tasted smoked and shot full of water to make them bigger. So, if you are going to gamble, believe the reviews that are posted here and don’t do it! Play the lottery or something instead, your chances of winning are probably better! Not sure why they even have a player’s club. I thought we could rack up some points for our trip next month to Lake Tahoe when we were going to the Hard Rock there. No thanks, not getting my business there now either. Also not going to the new one in Vegas when that opens! I’m sure two less small fries gamblers are going to hurt their business but Oh well, at least it won’t be my money they are getting!"

"We should have known with the drinks, We ordered a Dirty Martini extra Dirty and an Old fashioned. The dirty Martini was crystal clear, almost no olive juice and the old Fashioned tasted like watered down bourbon. We ordered the Chefs Selection for Tapas which is $75 per person. I am a big fan of Spanish Tapas and when done right it is an enjoyable experience. Typically it is 5 to 8 dishes spaced apart to allow the pallet to settle between courses. This was an attempt at Tapas. First they would bring out two or three dishes at once. Second the Tapas were mediocre at best. The first was an attempt at bruschetta that was simply toasted bread with tomato 's on it. Then a tomato salad with Prosciutto that I could buy in any Grocery, in fact they probably did. The Octopus was rubber. One Tapas was actually steamed Broccoli, Then at the end they brought two meat dishes one was pork and one was two Lamb Chops. Lamb Chops? Tapas? Doubt it. For a $200 dinner this was NOT a recommended dinner. Should have tried the Paella."

"We had a wonderful time and stay at Anderson School. We visited Seattle after a wedding at Mt Rainier National Park and loved the hotel and rooms we were in. The ceilings are extremely large and the room was impeccable. The pool was big and my son loved him. The restaurants were good except bad table service one night they were very busy. We understood they were undersigned at the time. There have always been people stealing in the yard and adding firewood to their fireplaces and fire pits. Finally we had bought film tickets and there was a mix with an event they had. Instead of reimbursing the money, they gave us a private show! Absolutely beyond and beyond."

"Stuck in Mickey-land for a convention, a group of us were looking for a Sunday brunch spot. Oscar's at the Waldorf sounded like what we wanted and off we went. Although I'm not a lover of buffets, this one looked amazing, with more variety than usual, including a smoked salmon bar, prosciutto bar and honey dripping from a honeycomb! There were a lot of family's with kids, so it was a bit noisy, but that didn't really detract...everything the group of 4 tried, we loved. Only 2 things that were a little strange were that the cost of the buffet only included Mimosas, not **** Marys and there were no Eggs Benedict on the buffet??What impressed me most though was the commitment to making the customer happy. When I got to the salmon bar, it was empty, although two staff members I asked told me it would be restocked. When I mentioned it to our waiter, he came back and said they'd run out, which was disappointing. The manager came over an apologized, said they'd even sent over to the next door Hikton but they were out til Monday...not what I wanted to hear. 15 minutes later the manager appeared with a plate heaped with the best smoked salmon I've had in a long time....THAT is service."
