"Good but not great. This once was a wonderful, quality establishment, where they grated fresh wasabi at your table! Now? They have lime green wasabi that has zero flavor. The ginger is horrible quality, with an aspartame taste (gross! probably the low grade kind). The sushi is just ok very little flavor. The rolls aren't as they used to be, even though the menu is relatively similar, the nuances have changed. For example, what used to be thinly shaved onion atop a roll is now thick slices of onion, which masks the sushi quality. The sauces used to be delicate and complimentary to the rolls, but they are over saturated with either salt, mayo, or sesame oil. You can't really taste anything subtle, which is disappointing, especially considering it's Japanese food which is intended to be one of the most nuanced and flavorful cuisines on the planet. What happened Mia Sushi..??!! Please consider your surroundings (gastronomically aware neighbors) as well as your own integrity. Also, please do not spray stinky chemical solvents to clean the table while people are eating. It just kills the vibe."
