"Last night was my first time dining at North 44, and I was absolutely blown away! My amazing experience began when the restaurant called earlier in the day to confirm my reservation. I don't recall his name who called, but it was a manager from North 44. He was very pleasant and professional, and had me looking forward to dining with them. When we arrived, the valet was welcoming and warm. Our server Alexandra was outstanding!! My boyfriend and I can't decide what was better, the service or the food. Both were THAT good. We had the seared diver scallops, which were cooked perfectly. It was seared with a watercress puree and a tempura onion ring, it was a perfect pairing. We ordered the rack of lamb as the main. We couldn't decide what to get on the side, so Alexandra made some recommendations. We love brussel sprouts, but noticed they were not on the menu. Alexandra went to check with the kitchen to see if they could do a side of them for us, and they were happy to accommodate our request. We had mentioned that we had not tried Fiddleheads before, when our dinner arrived she had the chef add a few Fiddleheads to our dish for us to try! After our dinner we were too full to order dessert, so she brought us over a couple of bite sized profiteroles. They were incredible, and the perfect end to an amazing meal. What a wonderful dining experience. Can't wait to go back again, and again."
